Then when I went to wash my hands, the sweeping lady stood behind me impatiently and made me feel super uncomfortable. Finally the owner or manager loudly was talking with the guy doing my nails for 5 minutes straight and kept staring at my nails and I just got this feeling she was talking shirt about me or something. Which makes no sense- I am polite, friendly, pay without any issues, and tip very well. I am also loyal to places I like and will continue going back to places for years if I am happy, as well as refer others. At any rate, I just felt like they didn't want me there, so I will give them what they want and not return. Very strange way to run a business.

She sensed my hesitation, went lower on the price, and came over to do my nails as I received my pedicure--not only going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable but my son as well. My french pedi came out perfect and I love that Kelly made sure to ask me if I liked it, which makes a big difference after having gone to so many salons who don't care enough to ask.
