I have been coming to Vicki's Nail spa for one year now and I'm very happy with their services. I treat myself to powder dip manicure and a regular pedicure once a month. The salon is clean and as an asthmatic I can appreciate the plexiglass and fan pad that sucks down the powder dip particles--it does not smell of harsh odor like the typical nail salon. My daughters dance class is around the corner and I wanted to find a place to get my pedi and eyebrows done while I had a 1 hr wait. This location popped up and yelp and with the reviews I gave it a shot! It has been about 2 months since i started going there. Thus far, Vicky and her staff are is very nice and welcoming. The salon is always clean and they definitely implement Covid guidelines. The pedi chairs are big and wonderful! My toes last at least a month and my eyebrows always look great. I come to Vickys nail spa for my pedicures and they never disappoint. I only see the ladies in the first three chairs, either one always does exceptional are never rushing through which is super important. I even brought my husband and he LOVED it. I recently had dip done my the gentleman located in the first chair as soon as you walk in and my shape and dip came out excellent, I am super picky with my shape and I was very pleased, he knows what he's doing! When I went inside it was ok and quick but because they were very quick they didn't do a good job I had o go back and ask them to fix but they didn't and said they would charge more to fix but it was there mistake. I went to get a French with a simple design and I was told a young lady could do it. The powder was bumpy and the lines were uneven and the heart design looked like a 5 year old did it.! I told her to not worry I would get the nails painted elsewhere. The manager told me someone else could fix it. I waited and yes the gentleman fixed it but the manager charged me twice!!!!!!! She said because they both worked on me. 70 dollars for a black French. Never again will I ever go here. ******HORRIBLE OWNER****** My 3rd attempt at this nail salon. My nail tech was sweet and i had no issues with her. The owner however is a rude and nasty person. While I was getting my nails done she was speaking to my nail tech about my nails then looked at me and said my nails were short I should put tips. I said that's ok I do not like them long. When it came time to pay I asked her if she accepted Apple Pay because I left my wallet with my money at home and she said yes. Great! She then asked me if I had cash for my tip and I said no I'll just put in on my card and that was the beginning of the end for me. She got loud and said I couldn't do that and I should have brought cash for my tip! I let her know it has never been a problem for me to add a tip when I have gone to other nails salons and she stated "This is not a restaurant " She also said I don't know what other salons you go to but they do not do that and named some salons in the area that have ATMs. After her loud scene I let her know it would not be a problem for me to go home and get the cash for the tip and she said no she would do it this time. She was extremely rude and was making a scene when I asked what the total was. There was no reason for her to get loud and nasty and speak to me like a child. I kept my composure and kept it classy. I will not be returning!! Vicky is a nasty owner who needs to learn some management and customer service skills! read more

Well... it was good I really like my manicure a lot but when the girls did my nails she was filing them and she cut my pinky finger right on the side near the nail. She also cut my nails to short and messed up on one of my nails. Also nails are NOT EVEN I had a good experience the first time I went there but this time was the worst. I picked out my nail design and she said go wash you hands so I did. Then she started laughing out of nowhere and then she started talking in a different language. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure and the total cost was very reasonable, $47, and my nails look AMAZING!! I moved here from Washington State about two and a half years ago and I haven't been able to find my tried and true nail salon! This is going to be it! Best experience I have EVER had! After I was done getting my nails done by Gloria, Vicky and I spent about 10-15 minutes talking. She is truly so passionate about her clients and her business and so personable! This was the worse experience for me. I went here 12 days ago. The lady didn't have or didn't use that pick looking tool that they use so she used some flat looking thing. She was jamming it so bad into the sides of my toes omg. Well today I can barely walk because my toe next to my big toe has most likely some infection or something. It hurts so bad... not to mention she didn't use the cheese grater looking thing so my feet don't feel smooth like they should. I found this odd because I got a pedicure with gel polish and it was like $55!!! What?!! Basic pedicure at the place I usually go is $20 extra $10 for gel. So either I was charged for some deluxe one and didn't get it or ???? I also didn't get the hot wax ... nothing. Barely a 3 min massage. I will never ever go back to this place again. I moved to Coral Springs about a year ago and was surprised to find a salon so close to my house! When I initially arrived, Vicky greeted me with the best hello I have received from any owner of a nail salon. Vicky is sweet, nice, funny, and always remembers me, my mom, and friends when we come! I always just get an easy and quick pedicure under $25! I have a habit now that whenever I go I bring someone with me so they can see how amazing this salon really is! It is difficult with covid but her salon has never failed me and Lisa does my pedicures amazing!! I have a small problem with my big toe sometimes and she always meets me in the middle to fix it. I can honestly say before I would rarely get my toes done and just do it at home but I love Vicky's so much I come now every 3-5 weeks. It doesn't hurt to be patient with small businesses and nice, if you are they will be the same towards you! Thank you again and as always I will see you in the next 4 weeks or so! read more

Went here because of mostly positive reviews and I was in the area. I had a gel manicure (my first) done. The man who did my nails used an electric file on the tops of my bare nails which I found odd. I figured it's part of the process. I have (had) very healthy nails and no polish on them so honestly filing them seemed unnecessary. I got the manicure and left. Two weeks later I went to my usual nail place and when the manicure was removed they commented on how damaged my nails were. They had a ridge where you could see the difference in the thickness of my nail, they were super thin and now splitting all the time. I am waiting for all of the damaged nail to grow out with hopes that my nails grow stronger and stop splitting. I wouldn't go here, their procedures don't seem healthy for the nail. read more

I have come here multiple times the first time was wonderful great quality I got a coffin full acrylic set lasted a very long time and the service was wonderful same thing the next time then the last few times the quality was bad so I thought maybe it's just me, the nails broke within a few days the edges around my nail were rough and not clean shaped at all and the acrylic was so thin! The most recent time I came in roughly an hour before closing and all I heard from the nail tech was how annoyed she was and how she wanted to go home she put on very thin coats of polish barley any acrylic and was annoyed at my every breath it seemed and when she made a nail crooked she got upset with me for saying something this is my personal experience I hope yours is better read more
