Cary did a landscape project for us, he hired someone to deliver the grass, but he never paid the guy, I was forced to pay the grass man to avoid getting a lien on my home, and when I complained to Cary, he's response was, you should not have answered the phone or allow him back on your home, so I lost 3k and no solution offered from him. read more

Maybe it's just me, but when I hire a tree service to trim a tree, I don't expect it to look like this when they are finished. The other trees, trimmed for our neighbors look fine. Carey from Boca Tree Service responded that some people like it like that. Lesson learned to not send payment until I get back to town to inspect. Second tree cutting fell on our generator cabinet, denting it, fortunately not causing malfunction in the generator. Boca tree owner first showed up we walked my property reviewed the work I wanted done and agreed on a price. I was very happy with the price and looked forward for the work to be done. They came on time on the agreed day and did a great job exactly as we agreed. Tad pricey, cash or check only (really I don't understand Floridian love of checks- archaic!), but the GC, Jason, clearly knows the right guys to call for a big job; Jason drives what must be a 6.2 or bigger, but the SubC "Cappy" Knight Debris Service showed up with a 10 ton cherry picker. Anyhow, before and after: some of the job got lost in retelling ten times (also, why do Floridians hate writing stuff down? They can't remember Jack-shit!) but Cappy Knight and his employees did a decent job and were very cool guys. Sadly, we are in the middle of a divorce after 25 years and had the realtor bringing an aerial drone to photograph our home our children grew up in the following day after we called.
