Also as we did not hire this company did not want the risk of having our homeowners insurance being impacted if they had an accident or damaged our property.The guy who was "asking" me was very demanding, rude and was staring at my chest in an aggressive sexual way the entire time he was speaking to me. We were losing daylight in early April but he fought the Town Water Dept on our behalf and emphasized that this was an emergency situation as water was coming into our basement. Long story, shorter, Tim arrived at 7am the next morning, again worked with the Water Department and started digging to find our pinhole leak. Just incredible service and responsiveness and he went to bat for us too. Oh yeah, he also removed 8 of our overgrown bushes in the front of our house while he had the machinery out.
