BocoPop is a great place to go purely because of their top notch customer service. Only been twice, once inside and once through the drive through, and both times experienced/witnessed how well they treat customers by taking the time to get to know them, talking them through the menu, and providing sample or full drinks for free. I've enjoyed everything's I've tried and look forward to returning!

I want to say the rating leans more 4.5 but I rounded up because of the exceptional service. I lived in a big city most of my life with lots of boba options and disappointed the Spokane-CDA area lacks good boba options, but this is the best place in the area for boba! I love the unique drinks, the boba is soft, but the best part is truly the service and the experience, extremely nice people who are eager to make sure you leave satisfied with your drink! I've been here 3 times now and I gladly drive 20 minutes for them when the cravings hit. My only 2 wishes are that they can expand their menu one day and serve boba at the Spokane location!

The most friendliest staff I've ever met, and this is CONSISTENT. Always such a pleasant interaction whenever we stop by! One of my favorite boba places in Spokane! DRIVE THRU: Love how they offer a drive-thru option and it allows my husband and I to grab a drink whenever the kids are napping while in the car. Only bummer is that the line can move slowly when there are a ton of cars. The only physical menu they have is somewhat small on the window, so you technically have to decide when you get there. They do have their menu online at times via website or instagram, but there are times they are updating their site and it's unavailable. It would be more convenient and helpful to speed up the process by adding a large menu either on the wall of the building or a sign/post BEFORE you get to the window. MENU: I know their menu is simplified to show the drinks, but I've been there a few times where I hear customers asking the same question like "What's in the Shark Attack fruit tea? What's in the Dreamglow fruit tea?" It might be helpful to write a description under more unique menu items or have a wall/photos on the side showing what's in the specialty drinks, just a suggestion! PEACH OOLONG TEA: Very refreshing and this is my go to order! I love ordering this with lychee jelly and light ice. JASMINE MILK TEA: This isn't on the menu, but they can make this as well. I order this with boba and enjoy getting this often as well! OOLONG MILK TEA: This is my husband's go to drink and it's good as well! THAI TEA CLOUD: Your typical thai tea flavor with a cheese cloud smeared along the sides of the cup to get this "cloud-like" visual. Thai tea's are a little on the sweeter side, so I get 75% sweetness due to my personal preference. Love adding boba with this!

Love this little treasure. It took me almost one year to give them a try and it is my biggest regret! The drinks I walked out with are delish!!! I got the Mandala Chai and Thai Cloud with Tapioca. I have to mention Tai who is such a sweetheart and was absolutely great at helping me pick out a hot and cold drink. I am so happy and wish I lived closer.

Being one of the few boba places in town, I was excited to try Bocopop out. When we got there it was super busy (weekend afternoon). There were customers coming in nonstop. Most people got their drinks to go but some stayed, like us. They don't have a lot of tables but they do have some couches, an Instagram-able wall, and a public bathroom. They play a lot of popular and recent K-pop, which is fun. The first thing that stands out to me is really their customer service. The staff were friendly and upbeat. They were also giving lots of free drinks and discounts, particularly to new customers but our group was not offered it even though it was our first time there. Not sure how they decide who to give it to, but appreciate that they offer it. After I received my drink (Tiger Sugar) the lady offered to mix it for me which personally I did not like because I wanted to take some pictures beforehand and mixing it is something I can do myself. However, if it was someone's first time drinking bubble tea, I can understand how that guidance can be helpful. I will say the Tiger Sugar drink is looks beautiful, but "stripy" as the actual Tiger Sugar. It is on the sweeter side for me even though I asked for a less sugar however that is kind of expected given what I ordered. Bocopop also offers coffee which is nice. I believe that's a reason why they open so early in the morning (7-8:00 a.m), which I don't often see with other bubble shops.

Best Boba in the area! We were surprised at how great everything was. Jake served us and he is amazing! He is so friendly, hard-working and very helpful with our order. We got the Tiger Milk Tea and the Ube Latte and both were made to perfection! Not too sweet but just right! If you're looking for a delicious drink we highly recommend this place! 5 Stars!!!

Lovely gem not far from the interstate either. A great stop for a refreshing boba drink or coffee. Locally owned and the workers care about their shop! I mentioned it was my first time there and they were happy to go over the menu with me. So they don't do tapioca boba in the morning. Think it starts around 10 am? They did mentioned they are trying to start earlier since the demand seems to increase. So keep coming here so we can have some early morning boba! I opted for a special drink that was donating to the local high school. I love helping out the local communities so I decided on that. They described it to me and I was a little hesitant, and they assured me if I don't like it they'll make me a new drink. They want their customers happy with their purchase and know boba may be a new experience. So yes, I did end up getting a new drink, but they were so nice about it and helped me decide. I ended up with the Taro Cookie with light sweetness and lychee jelly. I was much happier with that drink! Ice levels were perfect for me. Cold enough to keep the drink cool but enough room for plenty of drink. They don't have smoothies if that's the type of boba your thinking of. Parking is a little tight but they have enough for the few businesses there. I will definitely be back again to get the tapioca boba. I loved this place!

Stopped by on our way home to Ellensburg. The staff was super Friendly and insisted we not pay until we tried their product. Our fussy son didn't like his drink and they made him another. Then they would not let us pay for our drinks. Very classy and I would highly recommend them!

My boyfriend and I love this place!! We go here alllll the time. They do an amazing job with their boba, and it truly competes with all the California boba shops we've been to. Oh my gosh! Went to BocoPOP today with my husband. He had never had Boba before, and I had only had Boba once before (and it was not a good experience) so, although I was a little bit skeptical, we wanted to try it due to all the I people talking about it on the local Facebook page. All the praise that everybody has been raining down on this business is true! I had the mango drink with the mango poppers. Even though I had a large one, I was sad when it was gone! My hubby had the strawberry with strawberry poppers. So delicious. We're both saying that it's our new favorite place and we'd rather go get a Boba there then go out for an ice cream cone. By the way, after we had ordered we saw that they had a drink called a shark attack. Christian, the manager, explained to us how the drink was made. It sounds delicious, but the coolest thing of all is there's a little shark floating in there. I want to try that my next time in! Thank you so much, Christian and Crew, for the awesome Boba, teaching us about the drinks, and just being so cool. We can hardly wait to come back! read more

Great Boba tea probably the best in the Spokane CDA area. I highly recommend either the Tiger milk tea or the Thai cheese cloud. Tapioca was cooked right which is something that others in the area get wrong. Interesting options on the menu that reminded me of a boba tea shop you would see overseas or in a bigger city. Definitely recommend this place, customer service is stellar as well. Kudos! read more

Top tier. Expect to be greeted by the friendliest staff imaginable! They'll be ready to answer questions and make recommendations, and you won't be charged until you've tried your drink and are satisfied with your order. It wasn't easy to decide, but I ended up trying the Taro Milk Tea, and it was fantastic. Prices are fair too! This is going to be your new favorite Boba place. read more

I love this Bobo shop and their coffee is better then any other coffee that I've been drinking over the last 30 yrs. It's a must try if you normally go to coffee shops. The best part about this shop is the whole staff really wants you to enjoy the drink they've made you and they are always pleasant and happy that you've come in to visit with them. read more

Stopped in on my way to work today and it was a lovely experience. There was another lady getting her order and I asked what she had gotten. She recommended the Thai tea with lychee "boba". I ended up ordering that same item. It was delicious! I originally asked for the Thai tea with tapioca boba, but was informed by the wonderful employee, Elias, that because they take so much pride in their tapioca boba, it wouldn't be ready until 10 am. I thought that was very cool that they make it in house. Elias had me taste my drink at the counter to make sure I liked it, and then gave me the drink for free because it was my first time stopping in! It was so kind! Great way to start my day! So this business if the epitome of service! The staff there goes out of the way to make sure you know how grateful they all are for you!!! Not to mentions the best BOBA on the east side of the state. ( guessing he's the owner or manager?) Also really cool environment inside to sit and hang out. I had the most delightful experience at this place - not only did they serve the best tiger's milk tea I've ever tasted, but their customer service was absolutely outstanding. The staff went above and beyond, insisting that I try my drink before paying for it, and to my surprise, they even decided to treat me to it for free! First things first I'm gonna say that this is the downright best boba place in Spokane, not only by their boba (which is outstanding) but by their customer service as well! The first time I went here was with two of my friends, we had been given 20% of because it was our first time their, we waited for around 8 minutes, then one of the workers came up, apologized for the wait (because they had to make fresh tapioca) then gave us two free drinks to sit on while we waited! Wonderful accommodating service! The gentleman working there was so kind and patient with my mother and aunt with allergies. Gave them samples and suggestions of what they would enjoy, taking their preferences and food sensitivities into consideration.
