The barista that took my order when I asked for an iced pecan oat milk latte with light ice she asked if I would like more oat milk added to it since there would be a gap which I thought was really considerate considering most of the time they don't even ask. The store is always clean and they always have the cutest little cups and of course I had to get a red cup Christmas ornament for my tree that said 2025 on it every time I come to the Starbucks the service is always friendly and everyone's always happy. read more

I usually enjoy visiting this Starbucks, but my recent experience was disappointing. One of the employees, Dillon, did not demonstrate the friendly customer service I've come to expect from Starbucks. I had placed a large order and needed to return to add one more drink. I apologized for the extra order, but Dillon seemed noticeably frustrated and unwelcoming. This Starbucks in Post Falls has a strong following of locals. When we arrived, just after 9 am, the place was not very busy, however, within half an hour, every table was filled and the atmosphere was very lively. There is quite a lot of space here so that, except during the coffee rush hour, you will be able to find a table. The baristas were efficient and I had my drink quickly. It was just right. This is a quick drive from the freeway so you can grab a coffee on your drive into Spokane from Idaho or as you head home or when you just need coffee. read more

Since I moved I had to find a new Starbucks and I can say this one is pretty great too! I snagged a Chai tea latte- no water with breve (yum) and the southwest veggie burrito (so good with hot sauce). The girls were so quick and kind! Yes! There is a Clover machine here with lots of reserve coffee choices, but there is also a drive through. I guess that's a good thing if that is what you are looking for. I like to enjoy the experience of sitting and enjoying my coffee while reading a book. With more than a dozen tables with chairs, you'd think the place would have some free space, but this is an extremely busy Starbucks with what seemed to be a lot of locals having chats with friends. I don't think this would be my first choice for a place to study, as the noise level was quite high with all the conversations; although I did see two people with laptops open. Baristas were busy, as they always are with a drive through window to keep in control. Perhaps that is why the table that we grabbed was full of crumbs from the previous customer and the bench seat also needed to be wiped down from food crumbs. Located in a big strip mall with ample parking, just off I-90, I'm sure that the baristas will whip up your favorite drink to perfection. read more

This location tends to have a less-than-clean feeling. Whether it is actual trash lying around or just a general grime on the floor and tables...the experience always leaves me a bit disappointed. The baristas are as friendly as any I have met. They have messed up my drink more than once (and I have not been many times). I wouldn't recommend working here. The environment is just distracting and does not seem like a good place to focus. The seating is tight and the cafe itself is a bit overfull (which leaves the entire thing feeling crowded...even before you add people). read more

My experience here is typically great, but today I ordered a white chocolate mocha drink and whatever I received tastes nothing like it, almost like black coffee with a little bit of milk and nothing else. I'd go back to correct it, but the drive thru took half an hour the first round. read more

I personally had no issues with the level or speediness of service that we received because my wife and I both work in coffee, BUT if you have employees who will openly degrade, and talk down upon a customer who just left the drive thru in front of other customers in the lobby you can believe we will not be returning back. I have a mixed opinion about this Starbucks. They recently had a very big turnover of staff which I think explains why things seem very chaotic here. The environment isn't as cheerful as it used to be. The service seems much slower now than it used to be. The wait in the drive thru seems longer as well. It is still a great place for the occasional hangout or meeting. It is always fairly busy but it's only because there isn't another Starbucks for many many miles, and because we're all a bunch of addicts:) several of my colleagues have also said the place has gone downhill since the staff turnover, and isn't as friendly. I hate to complain but I feel entitled since I have spent a large sum of money over the past few years at this Starbucks, as have we all. read more

I always get great service at this location. My only gripe would be their drive through system is a little hairy. You go around the back of the store and have to make a huge U-turn, but there's potential for other guests to come in from two other directions. I think it's unavoidable and just the nature of the location, other than that, it's a great location. read more

I've never had a bad experience at this Starbucks, but this specific time I went thru the Drive Thru the gal was super nice and gave us incredible service , I ordered a Vanilla bean with extra caramel and a Passion Tea also extra sweetened, as I pulled up to the window to pick up my drinks she asked me to try them before I took off to make sure they tasted just the way I wanted them to, I have never had a barista ask me to try my drinks right on the spot, so that was the highlight of my experience :) read more

This used to be my favorite Starbucks until today. I was going to start out my Anniversary with an iced coffee. They were having construction going on so we went inside. I was helped by a gal with long dark black hair and freckles named Kaetlyn. She was rude from the beginning. I ordered an iced kahlua breve. She looked at me like I was stupid, and in the rudest voice says "what is a kahlua?" I said it's a flavor. She says " I've never heard of that and don't know what you're talking about". I almost said forget it and just walked out, but I did order something else. I was unaware that they didn't have kahlua flavoring, which isn't a big deal. It was just how she looked and talked to me like I was an idiot. I'm sorry but if you are a barista, how in the world do you not know what kahlua flavoring is?! When I treat myself or my kiddos to Starbucks I always leave here with a smile on my face. I am very particular about my lattes (not too syrupy, not lukewarm). This Starbucks has never let me down.
