We were unsure about the Bodegas Rubicón as a place for lunch. Everything was just a little too neat and tourist friendly. We we wrong. Why would you not have excellent food and good wine in nice surroundings?
We had the stew and the fried octopus and both were excellent and relatively cheap as well. The terrace had a gorgeous view over the vineyard and the service was impeccable. The desserts were good as were the starters. Many seemed to just taste the wines and have tapas to go with them.
Being a winery, they had several wines to choose from. We liked the dry white and the sweet dessert wine. read more
