I visited Bodenvy to have a little "cosmetic" work done. Instead of going through with any procedures, the staff informed me much of weight issues involved visceral fat, fat that cosmetic procedures would not help unless I lost the weight (fat). I was directed to Dietion Diane Castaneda. We discussed diet options, and I decided to participate, utilizing the diet and Bodenvy's procedures. The results have been great! Diana's guidance and support have been above and beyond. Not only was the information essential, encouragement outstanding, Diana's ability to listen was the key. Weight gain and loss takes on a broader perspective than not eating properly, letting yourself go or just being lazy. Emotional issues in my life put diet and exercise on hold, both detrimental to my health. Diana listened patiently to some of my issues (I'm sure at times keeping other patients waiting and I'm probably not part of her pay grade). Like many people,I had my misgivings about the Cool Sculpting method, so I did some research, only to discover that it seemed totally plausible. Since I've tried just about everything at this point, why not try Cool Sculpting? So, I made an appointment with Nicole, who answered all my questions, explained the procedure and helped me arrange a series of treatment that would fit my lifestyle, age and previous attempts at getting rid of that excess fat and, of course, my bank account. The next week I had my first session, which was an enjoyable experience due to Jazz' lovely personality, answering all my questions, and great sense of humor. Jazz knows what she's doing, explained everything in detail and I had an excellent experience. Post-session includes massaging lotion into the treated areas, and this is easily and quick to do twice a day. Waiting for next week for a second, different, treatment. I went yesterday, August 24th, for my 90 days follow-up post cool sculpting at the Winter Park location. As usual, Abby at the reception gave me a warm welcome. I had my third set of pictures done. When we compared all the pictures, the reduction of fat was considerable. I went for the total transformation program. This program not only helped to reduce inches improving my silhouette but also helped me to change my eating habits that were not good for my health. I lost 26 pounds, reduced visceral fat and reduced inflammation and joint pain. I feel great overall. From a 16/18 went down to 12/14 . My satisfaction with the program is high. I was looking to lose weight, and i had got so frustrate, because nothing I was doing was working for me. So I was online looking for liposuction lol places, and bod envy popped up, so I went to the site to see what was it all about, and ended up going in for my consultation, and it was my best decision. Before the session started, I was very concerned as this was my 1st experience and I didn't know what to expect. Luckily Andrea very kindly explained the whole process and gave great comfort. The experience was amazing, the Spa smell very nice everywhere, and the service was excellent (you're pampered with snacks, a cozy blanket if you want, and television). I went to the Winter Park office to see what this was about I was just looking for information, but Cristina explained me the process in detail and answer all my concerns.
