I really liked the low-light, comfortable room, which helped me relax into the massage. It felt relaxing and luxurious without feeling uncomfortably uppity. I have done yoga classes in the past and I was expecting to do the same this last trip but was surprised with Mia. It's a constant movement type of yoga (I guess is how it can be explained) and it was a blast. The instructors were very charming and wanted nothing more than to make sure your experience was superb. The group I was with brought up heated yoga and they are immediately incorporated this practice into their schedule this next weekend. Just an excellent experience and they have a wonderful practice.
