He made us feel very welcomed and comfortable and Jordan was also there and he was very nice too. They had a comedy show playing which definitely settled the nerves. He did my friends first and hers looked super cute and the line art looks amazing! She got the moon. He did mine and I liked it but I asked him to do some more tweaks which he was extremely willing and understanding. I left to the car after payment and I noticed/felt like my tattoo was missing something, and i wanted him to add more detail. I felt really nervous and embarrassed to go back in after he finished and everything. Well, I went in and told him I can totally come back another time and pay for the extra details and he told me it was no problem and he will fix it right then and there. I appreciated that so much Ronnie thank you! Anyways, after he added more detail I absolutely loved it! Thank you Ronnie!! Immediately after, it looked sideways and had a major bump. When I questioned him, he lied to my face and claimed it was "just swelling" and it'll go away in a week. I went back 2 months later, and he lied again, claiming it was just an "irritation bump." Because of his uneven placement and repeated lies, the jewelry put constant physical tension on the wound. I suffered through 6 months of constant pain and tissue damage. I had to remove the jewelry completely, lose the piercing entirely, and now face months of healing time to recover from wound. Management needs to train their staff to admit when they botch a placement instead of lying to clients.

The atmosphere is so unique- it's like walking into a museum! Eddie has some really neat art pieces throughout his shop so there's always something cool to see while you're there.
