Went to the $13 mini tattoo sale as a coworker recommended this location. The wait was long (as expected because everyone wanted $13 tattoos) I was nervous as it was my first tattoo and forgot to ask the artist name. She was so nice! She definitely made the experience easy. She had already set a stencil down & I didn't like how it looked so I asked her to move it & she didn't seem to mind at all. Overall a good experience! Great artist and great customer service. My daughter and wife got a matching tattoos a couple of months ago. The experience was great, they didn't feel any pain at all. I also got another whichI even took a little nap, it was painless and great penmanship. My daughter's tattoo faded a bit though, so we went back, talked to Eason and he was able to touch it up in just a few minutes at no charge. This is the place for me to get any future tats!

first of all BRIAN! our tattoo artist!? quiet man, but does CLEAN work! & he has such a steady hand! Now...my sister and I showed up at 1120am to get one of their $30 tatt specials. I didnt get the name of the guy who checked us in but hes just not good for business!! we picked our tatt turned in our papers & he said he will call us or TELEPHONICALLY call us when its our turn so we went outside to wait in the car. When i tell you he never called im not lying! we went inside after a good while and suddenly they called me. so i sat down and my sister saw her paper was 3rd in line (mind you she was w me so theres no way she would be 3rd. she shouldve been next) WELL i sat down & then a little bit into the start of my tatt she went to check the line again and lo and behold her paper was at the END of the line now! she questioned the front desk guy and he literally said YOU GAVE ME YOUR PAPER LATE...how!???? she came w me!?? he went back and forth w her for a but until he finally moved her up. we left at like 530pm!! im sure he pushed both of our papers back to accommodate others which is such a messed up move. the vibe was just off from there. the manager or owner did come by and was talking w us & shes cool too! ( i hope you try out our taco recommendation!) but honestly im still mad about the line situation. that had us there ALL DAY. the only reason we stayed was because we had came from LA & wanted to make it worth it

Went and got another tattoo done by Edison, this guy is amazing ,nice, talented, friendly to work with and willing to work on anything you got, he made sure I was comfortable in the position I sat in and made the vibe of another tattoo feel great. I can't wait to get another chance to get tatted by him again.

Stopped by for the flash event and got 2 done!! so far they're healing really well and they're super clean and vibrant!! I asked a simple, genuine question about whether piercings on each side have any meaning. He said he didn't know, which was perfectly fine, but the way he responded afterward left me wondering if he was being sarcastic or mocking me. It felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly made me hesitant to return. These days it seems like you can't ask anything without someone turning it into something political, and that's not what I came in for. I did go back for a second visit, and that experience was completely different -- much more easygoing. I guess it really just depends on who you get. Still, that first impression was annoying enough that I've never looked back since. If you decide to visit, I recommend coming with a friend, especially if it's your first time. Having someone with you can help avoid misunderstandings, give you clarity, and make the whole experience feel more comfortable and supported.

Multiple times through the service she paused to check in that I liked the length, shape, color, design etc. I appreciate that so much because we all know it can be hard to speak up when something isn't quite what we want. And omg she was fast. She removed my previous design, filled/shaped, and painted in just 40 mins. Such a excellent experience 10/10 The salon itself is clean and very cute. You know they opened it because their mom always one of her own originally and have since operated it for her? When you first walk in you're greeted, if you'd like anything to drink and asked how everything was when you're done. The pedicures are one of my favs esp with the paraffin wax. A couple of recommendations: Make an appt if you can because they do get busy especially on holidays and weekends. Have an idea of what you'd like but understand that sometimes the photos you bring are AI generated :) They have an array of color choices and if they don't hve exactly what you are looking for (which is rare), they will fins something similar. Presently they have super cute fruit gel colors and are often doing their own research on updated tips, trends and colors. I go monthly and am happy each time with each tech who has helped me. I am very disappointed... when I told the girl while checking out and showed her my nails she just said sorry... They couldn't shape my nails round either time, so I had to cut them down super short after growing them for months... I was asked what shape I want? I said round, she did square. I showed a picture of round in case she didn't understand and, she said it was too short to make round, how is that even possible? Also, they grind your nails so far down they thin out... I'm sure it's to save time, but it's truly not worth messing up the structure of the nail. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... I have a conference next week and I'm very embarrassed about these nails... (yes, they had me pay full price; mani and 2 pedis $108)

Went in for the $13 tattoos and was amazed by the amount of options they had. They didn't limit you to one per person which I thought was pretty cool. I had two artists work on my tattoos but I only got Lily's name, I will say they were both amazing and patient. Checked out their flash tattoo event deal and was not disappointed! I did a walk-in and the staff was very patient and helpful when it came to recommendations on tattoo placements. I decided to do two tattoos which were handled by Eason and Long. I agreed to have both of them work on me at the same time and they did an amazing job! My design had many mixed elements from different sources and Jadyn blended them together in a way that brought my vision to life so much better than I even imagined. I really appreciated the recommendations and their impeccable attention to detail. Jadyn's style has a lot of dramatic, geometric lines and you could tell they were constantly analyzing the work throughout the process to make sure everything lined up and came out beautifully. It's walk-in only and first come, first served. You look through the flash sheets, pick what you want, and put your name on the list. What I really appreciated was how organized everything was. After I signed in, they gave me an estimated wait time. Since it's CASH ONLY, I let them know I needed to pull money out, and the woman taking names was super nice she took my number and said she'd text me when there were about five people ahead of me. That was such a great system because I was able to wait outside instead of being cramped inside the shop. When I got the text, I went back in and waited comfortably. They have couches and plenty of standing room, so it didn't feel crowded at all. They had about four artists working, so the line was moving steadily. The shop itself was clean, spacious, and had a great vibe with good music playing. When it was my turn, I was assigned an artist and it happened to be the same one I had last time, Jessica! I loved that it just worked out that way through rotation. She placed the stencil, made sure I was happy with it, and got to work. We chatted while she tattooed, and before I knew it, she was done.
