I waited nearly 20 minutes and tried calling Tonayia's 972 # that's on her confirmation email. It's the same # that's listed in her Yelp posting, too. What was weird was that the phone didn't ring. I just got a message stating that this number wasn't accepting phone calls. No way to leave a message. So I emailed her by responding to her confirmation to tell her I was leaving. At this point, I had been waiting over 20 minutes with zero communication. Again, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. I have a small business and I know things happen. But 2 1/2 days later, still no response to my email. There's nothing worse than when someone wastes your time. If she does go into business again, I'd highly suggest calling before you head to your appointment to make sure that she's really in the office. So I finally got around to making an appointment with them today. I was informed that they are using a new system now and that none of my credits transferred over. I escalated the problem to the top and was still told that they would not be honoring my credits. I'm very upset that this spa chose to handle this issue in such an unprofessional and dishonorable way. Be careful setting up memberships with this company ladies!
