I was a newbie to the wax world until I took a leap of faith and found Carrie before my wedding. That was nearly 3 years ago, and I haven't looked back. Carrie is the best of the best, and I'd travel literally hours for any service of hers. And then comes Ally! I was nervous to trust someone else with my Brazilian and brow needs, but why should I have been?! Ally was hired and trained by Carrie herself so I felt confident knowing I was in good hands. Ally is so comfortable and easy going. She is professional and methodical. Both Carrie and Ally make you feel like you're just catching up with a best friend when you go in. They have a keen way of remembering things about you that creates a personalized experience and exceptional customer service. That paired with top notch waxing services is why I'll forever be loyal to Carrie Radish Wax Co. read more

This place is amazing. I've gotten waxing done from various places, including some of the larger well known chains, and Carrie is by far the best waxer I have had. She is extremely professional and very skilled at what she does. I always look forward to my appointment, and that's saying a lot since I'm paying someone to rip out unwanted hair. Carrie makes you feel comfortable. I have also had a dermaplaning facial and brow and lash tinting done by her, and those services were just as exceptional. If you're looking for a good wax or just a great pamper session, this is it. Plus her studio is super cute!! Edit: I've also recently used her coworker Ally, and I can say I love her as well! The service was just as well done and professional, and I love talking to Ally! She's got the best personality and every session is fun! read more

It's hard to know what business are taking extra precautions in these unprecedented time but I can assure you that Carrie has gone above and beyond to make sure your experience with her will be a safe one. Everything was cleaned and sanitized before I arrived and we both wore mask during the services which was very appreciated. On top of that I left so satisfied with the outcome of my yumi lash lift and eyebrow lamination/eyebrow wax. I have sensitive skin and I usually leave other wax places with really irritated skin or sometimes even break out from the wax but never with Carrie. Thank you for making me feel beautiful and giving me a few laughs during the services as well! Cannot wait to come back!!!!! read more

Loved my most recent wax at Carrie Radish! During these unprecedented times, it is extremely important to me to see and know that businesses are doing everything they can to keep their place clean. As soon as you walk into Carrie's room, you can see how much effort she has put in to keep everything clean and sanitized. There were disposable sheets on the table, and even a plastic pillow case. I paid her a compliment on how clean her space looked, and Carrie explained how she has put in extra time, money, and effort to make her room a 100% safe environment. Carrie constantly goes above and beyond for her business and clients. I felt SO SAFE and taken care of!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

From afraid to waxing to never being able to go without my routine appointments. Carrie is THAT girl in the industry. I started seeing Carrie a few years ago for Brazilian, eyebrows, and have expended into brow lamination, etc. Never ONCE have I walked away unhappy. I also have never ONCE walked away not shocked at how good her work is . She pays special attention to everything she does, never rushes, and will either make your Brazilian experience a breeze or make you realize the brow you've never had. If you're needing any of the services they offer - trust me when I say Carrie will take good care of you and get you hooked on waxing. - Thank you Carrie! read more

Carrie is AMAZING!!! Can we first talk about how down to earth and real she is? I love when I go in and she is just super chill and completely reminds me of one of those girlfriends that you don't see all the time but when you do, its like nothing ever stopped. She is a magician with wax and I have never had a bad experience. I also really appreciate that during quarantine, she completely risked her livelihood by spilling wax secrets on IG to make sure we could at least be presentable in public. I have had my fair share of wax appts with multiple people and Carrie is the best. I would seriously follow this girl across the globe if need be. read more

I had the best waxing and tinting with Ally today! I felt like I had known her forever, she created such an easy place to feel comfortable and relax. Absolutely LOVE Carrie. I have been going to her for years and she's the only one I trust with my brows. She never makes them too small or shapes them too much, just cleans them up. The pain was almost nonexistent also. I saw her in March right when COVID was starting and before the mask mandate or shutdowns, she was already wearing a mask and cleaning everything super well. I feel super safe going to her, she wears a mask and gloves, wipes EVERYTHING down in between each appointment. She's the only beauty specialist I'm seeing before I go back to college. Could not recommend anyone better, plus it is so easy and fun to talk to her. read more

Three years ago, I had my first ever wax appointment with Carrie, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made! Now the owner of her own place, Carrie is still killin' it, but I gotta say, so is Ally! I had an appointment with Ally the other day, and she exemplified all the things I've come to love and expect from Carrie Radish Wax Co. Carrie is an absolute all star! I've been waxing for a solid 10 years and followed her from her previous company. Her table-side manner is matched only by her skill. Brazilians aren't a cake walk for anyone but this is as close to "enjoyable" as you can get. I'm currently 8 months pregnant and once I was no longer able to lay flat on my back she got me (yes as in purchased herself for me or other pregnant clients to use once every 5 weeks) a pregnancy pillow so I'd be comfortable! Watching her grow her business is so fun and the aesthetic is amazing! She is amazing and I know Ally is too! read more

When I moved to Texas I didn't know where to go for waxing. I found Carrie and she has been AMAZING! She has helped get my brows back in shape. Appointments are always fun, only slightly painful (she takes her time and does a little bit at a time), cheerful, and great! Her space is very clean and "rad" and I think she could make friends with anyone. I've been seeing Carrie for a very long time (years) for all things waxing. A couple of years ago I moved back to my home state of South Dakota but would routinely make trips back to Dallas, booking a wax appt. with Carrie was always a must for me. Thankfully, I'm now commuting into Dallas weekly for work and have become a regular again. It is the greatest feeling - literally and figuratively! As for Ally, she's a chip off the old block.
