I went to have a Brazilian wax and brow lamination. I saw Madison. I was not asked anything about my brow shape or preferences. Instead she talked incessantly about her personal life. She is 20 and young but as a professional I expected a more professional exchange. My brows are not all straight and are a blackish red color. I am a blonde. I've only ever been to one other esthetician to handle my lady bits, but her location was inconvenient. I had been thinking she was the very best, and how would I ever find anyone as good as her? I took a leap of faith, after reading many great reviews about Carrie. Choosing someone to do a Brazilian wax is nerve wracking experience, but today could not have gone better! Making an appointment was super easy, and I was able to do it right from my phone. They sent text reminders and the salon was easy to find. Carrie was super nice and made me feel right at home! I was surprised that she was able to do the wax quickly, and pretty painlessly! I was also shocked to see what a good job she had done! You mean you're not supposed to leave with little bits of wax stuck to you here and there? Oh! Well, what a pleasant surprise! Lol!! Upon completion, Carrie completed the transaction using "square", so I automatically received my receipt, and she refused a tip, saying it was against their policy! You know, my last girl was lovely, but my experience with Carrie FAR exceeded my expectations, and I will happily return there for follow up services!!!"
