On the day of the trial, Sabrina drove a good hour or so to get to me on a snowy New England day. (It was really important to me to have a bit of winged eyeliner because it's always been my look, and she nailed it in such a classy way.) The make-up looked beautiful and I felt like myself. My hair was cut shorter than I wanted, and the dye came out darker than I wanted, and the highlights were streaky. I gave her plenty of pictures and was very specific about what I wanted. I figured out they take very few hair strands for each foil and every foil is $15 so it adds up in the end. It is just a very light piecy streaky highlights. Very disappointed.
