She was super empathetic and checked with me after lightening to confirm the right toner shade and cut to be sure I was comfortable. On the day of the trial, Sabrina drove a good hour or so to get to me on a snowy New England day. My hair was cut shorter than I wanted, and the dye came out darker than I wanted, and the highlights were streaky. I gave her plenty of pictures and was very specific about what I wanted. I figured out they take very few hair strands for each foil and every foil is $15 so it adds up in the end. It is just a very light piecy streaky highlights. Very disappointed.
