I've been attending Bianca's classes for over a year now and her classes are always challenging and fun. Bianca is knowledgeable and experienced. She keeps a positive attitude and a keen sense of humor. She's a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with especially during those rough Monday mornings. Bianca values your time and makes sure that you get the most out of your hour...even to the very last minute! The studio is well equipped with TRX, kettle bells, dumbbells, mats, Stroops battle ropes, etc. Her workouts are fast-paced but she focuses on technique to avoid injury and get the best results. My all time favorite fitness class! So good I force myself out of bed to go to Monday morning 7am class. What helps is each class is different and you're never doing one move for too long so it stays interesting. She mixes of the exercises every week so sometimes it's a mix of Trx and weights, sometimes battle ropes, sometimes ladders, etc. I wish she could do more classes and times during the week in sf but glad I can take it once a week! read more

I was pretty miserable when my alarm went off this morning at 5:15. I mean, WHY did I book a 6am class?!? Today was my first time at BbB and I didn't really know what to expect. The studio space is shared with SF Aikido and the class is done on a large mat (no shoes or water on the mat). The moves are a mix of cardio and strength. Sort of like Jillian Michaels videos. The sequence also reminded me of the non-reformer part of Burn (another class on class pass). I used a five pound weight for the moves and could have maybe gone a little heavier but was trying to focus on form. The instructor has AMAZING energy and is clearly super fit! She does some of the moves with us but also walks around correcting form and encouraging us. Some of the moves are HARD but this is the type of place where if you come regularly, you can see results over time. By the end of class, I almost forgot about how early I had to wake up to be there (almost ;). FYI, there's a 7am class too! read more

I highly recommend my personal trainer Bianca Buresh! Bianca has been my trainer since 2008. She got me wedding ready. Trained me through 2 pregnancies and has been instrumental in helping meet my fitness goals. Even as a beginner, this was a very enjoyable class! Ok, so I had to sit out for 5 mins to catch my breath and was rather lame with some of the strength exercises, but that just gives me the motivation even more! It's a real mixed level of ability so you can take each exercise as you like. There are some fit and strong characters there which is very inspiring! I have a way to go..but it's a start :) The class consisted of various interval and strength exercises using some different types of equipment - this kept the class varied and fun. I would absolutely recommend the BBB - it's an enjoyable experience that pushes you as far as you want to go. Bianca was amazing! Bianca has been my personal trainer for almost two years and I see her two to three times a week. I'm not an active person by nature but as I hit my mid 30s I needed to start moving! I had zero muscle tone and really had no idea what true exercise meant. From the moment I met Bianca I liked her. She is a natural teacher and passionate about what she does. I started training with Bianca 6 weeks post pregnancy and she has completely changed my body and mindset towards a healthy lifestyle. I was lucky enough to get set up with Bianca just over three months ago. I thought I was in okay shape. You know, 30 minutes on the elliptical and I was all good and felt i had a good workout. At my first session with Bianca I thought I was going to throw up, could not do one 'normal' push-up, and got bubbles in my ears from getting my heart rate up to level I was just not used to. BUT it got better. And let me say this.... after three months, I can rock out regular plus push ups (which I have never been able to do), can see substantial definition in my abs, have toned arms and have never felt better. I have worked out with lots of trainers over the years; Bianca has given me the best results of all. When I started, I could not do full body push-ups -- now I can knock them out like a Marine. I work out twice a week in a shared session; sessions are one hour. Every workout is different, and Bianca continues to challenge you so that the workout never becomes "easy". I've been traning with Bianca for over a year now and she has made working out so much fun!
