I spent the most relaxing afternoon at Wren a few weeks ago. This space is just gorgeous and so…read morepeaceful. You can really tell someone put a lot of careful thought and consideration into curating this space. Even the design choices put you at ease. In addition to the services they offer, there's a backyard type area with a sauna and some seating area. It would be a great place to spend a few hours relaxing and decompressing. I booked a massage with scalp rejuvenation. I'm not one for deep tissue so I asked my masseuse to go pretty light and she was excellent. It was one of those massages where it ends and it felt like only a few minutes. Ugh, so good. This is such a special place, I highly recommend you book a service here to relax and renew.

This small wellness studio is the first of its kind, specializing in cold plunges, saunas, and massages. I booked all three to celebrate my birthday. This spa felt like a taste of the Pacific Northwest in Southern California. The space was claiming, isolated, and they pay attention to the smallest of details. The sauna/cold plunge rooms are built for two. While the space is booked singularly, you can add on an additional person $25. This room also comes with a shower and you can even order a fancy THC beverage to lean into the experience. I personally love a cold plunge, but pairing it with a sauna was.. chefs kiss. I couldn't image a better way to start a new year. The massage was incredible as well. You can tell when someone knows the human anatomy and their expertise branch into physical therapy. My masseuse massaged muscles that have never been touched before. While the membership is pricey, I could seriously see myself coming here daily if I lived closer. Life would be much nicer with Wren in it.

I will say a special shout out to my current masseuse Michelle. I cannot properly express or articulate how good she is. From finding EVERY single knot (sometimes before I knew it was there) to being able to efficiently work them out has been amazing. Would highly recommend this spot and HIGHLY recommend Michelle.

Unfortunately, my experience the second time around was just as disappointing. The biggest issue for me was that the focus seemed to be more on selling memberships and expensive add-ons than on providing quality massage services. Every visit felt like there was pressure to purchase extras such as aromatherapy and other upgrades, all of which I found to be overpriced. On top of that, the pricing structure felt confusing and, at times, like there were hidden fees. The cost of services seemed to vary depending on the day of the week or the therapist, which was frustrating. I prefer straightforward, transparent pricing so I know exactly what I'm paying upfront, and that wasn't my experience here. I also wasn't impressed with the quality of the massages. The therapists were inconsistent, and after my last massage, I actually left in pain. That experience was the final reason I decided to cancel my membership. The cancellation process is where the customer service issues really became apparent. When I cancelled, I was told via text that I had one remaining massage credit to use. I signed the cancellation agreement, but admittedly (my bad) I overlooked the section stating that unused credits expire after 60 days. Three months later, I contacted the business to schedule my final massage and was informed that my credit had expired. While I acknowledge that I should have read the agreement more carefully, I was disappointed that no one mentioned the 60-day expiration when they told me I had a remaining credit. Since I had already paid for that service, I asked if they would consider honoring the credit as a courtesy. They said they would discuss it with the owner and get back to me. More than a week later, I still have not received a response. At this point, it's less about the massage credit and more about the lack of customer service. The combination of aggressive upselling, underwhelming massage quality, and poor follow-through left me feeling like the business was more focused on generating revenue than taking care of its clients. There are many massage options available, and I've personally had much better experiences elsewhere with better pricing, better service, and better results.
