There was one closer, but they were closing early, so I checked reviews and headed over here instead -- and I'm so glad I did. I wish I remembered my therapist's name. She was amazing. I usually book Thai massage specifically because I want to be stretched, but the front desk suggested their combo massage, which they said was really popular. At first, I was hesitant -- I wanted stretching, but I also wanted oil because I'd been traveling and my body was sore. Honestly, I had low expectations going in. I thought I wouldn't get enough pressure or stretching... but it was perfect. She still stretched me out, walked on my back, cracked my back, and the bed was heated (huge plus). The pressure was great, she checked in on me often, and communication was easy -- her English was totally fine. The rooms were clean, everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and she even gave me a $5 coupon to come back next time. I'd 100% do this combo massage again here -- and honestly, next time I'd probably book longer than 60 minutes. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Vivian is able to use her elbow with laser focus and nail those know just under my shoulder blade. They both do a great job communicating, checking in and keeping appointments. I have tried other places but this one is the best. And the price is right. Every now and then my wife comes as well and she has really benefitted from the massages with Danny. I highly recommend if you want a great deep tissue massage.

This small wellness studio is the first of its kind, specializing in cold plunges, saunas, and massages. I booked all three to celebrate my birthday. This spa felt like a taste of the Pacific Northwest in Southern California. The space was claiming, isolated, and they pay attention to the smallest of details. The sauna/cold plunge rooms are built for two. While the space is booked singularly, you can add on an additional person $25. This room also comes with a shower and you can even order a fancy THC beverage to lean into the experience. I personally love a cold plunge, but pairing it with a sauna was.. chefs kiss. I couldn't image a better way to start a new year. The massage was incredible as well. You can tell when someone knows the human anatomy and their expertise branch into physical therapy. My masseuse massaged muscles that have never been touched before. While the membership is pricey, I could seriously see myself coming here daily if I lived closer. Life would be much nicer with Wren in it.

The place was very customer service forward. The cold plunge was 48 degrees and had jets in it. There's an outdoor shower with soap. Of course all of this enclosed by gates like a back yard feel I had 45 minutes to myself and wow can't recommend enough

I should've read other low reviews. He pressed very hard on my back and not on any pressure points. Didn't release my spine at all. He didn't understand you start light and work into deep, so he had no sense of touch. Evident he had no training whatsoever. The foot massage drilled into my arch, but didn't do anything on the balls of my feet or my heels. I actually had a heel issue, but there was no mention or questioning if I had any issues. Foot massage was worthless. They obviously addressed the comments about the front desk, he was very nice and polite. Demanding a minimum $15 tip on a $60 massage seems over the top. Not sure what there is to like here but maybe others have different experiences.
