The care from the PT's is excellent and compassionate. Have gone for 3 years for 3 big spine…read moresurgeries and a couple years prior for shoulder surgery. What I am disappointed with is a change in business practice and most major insurance companies (I have Aetna) and Medicare are no longer billed. Patients are expected to pay up front (my recent bill was $250) and submit to insurance for reimbursement. My care plan had graduated to every other week. I can't afford that and they are not willing to work out payment arrangements. (So much for loyalty). Insurance can take months to reimburse an individual. I can appreciate the impact to a business when insurance is slow to pay them but there has to be a middle ground for the patient. I was politely invited to seek care elsewhere if I couldn't pay. Wow! Just be aware the bills are steep and up front payment expected. The therapists are great but billing practice not so good. Also if you expect to speak with a live person it's rare. You usually play phone tag or send a text and hope to hear back. I really wanted to continue here but I'm afraid I probably can't afford it....

Tried to set up PT for hip pain. Had to wait 6 weeks to get in. Before I went I called to question…read morethe costs. Was told it was a small co-pay. I questioned that it was more than that and they asserted that it was not. I went to my first appointment, which was just evaluation with no actual recommendations made. 2 weeks later I get a bill for the full amount as it was not covered by insurance (after I asked twice for an estimation of costs). So, now instead of a $33 payment I'm stuck with $200 cost for absolutely no recommendation of ways to alleviate pain. Do not trust what the front desk tells you regarding cost! If I had known that this would only apply towards deductible and I decided to still move forward. I would have at least set up my first appointment in January and not do one appointment in December and basically flush that $$ away. Very frustrating!

I wondered if I was at the right place. After about five minutes a gentleman appears behind the desk, did not introduce himself or say hello but handed me a clipboard to fill out. Turns out this was the actual physical therapist. The assessment was completed & he started me on some exercises popping his head in about every 10 minutes to change the exercise. He attached some electrical stimulation equipment to my body - when I asked for an explanation of this machine I was given none. At the end of the session there was no discharge instructions - I had to ask what my plan of care was. During the course of care I teased out the reason it was so cold was their heating had broken and this was why it was very cold. After this experience I was not going to go back, however I thought maybe this was a one off due to the furnace break down. So back again for another try. There was a receptionist to greet me and more patients which was a good sign. The physical therapist however was again not very engaging, made me do the same exercises he had given the last visit (these were all done on my own, he wasn't present to correct or give me feedback). In addition he was working with at least 3-4 other patients concurrently. At the end of my appointment again the electrical stimulation machine, another female staff person unhooked me (no idea who she was as no introduction) again I had no discharge plan of care or follow up appointment. I work in the medical field - basics such as introductions, knowing who the professional are contributing to your care, education and good discharge instructions are the foundation of patient care. I have worked with physical therapist and been a patient as well - would not recommend this practice to my other active, sports minded friends who are motivated to get back to their full lives

Am a disabled, semi-retired healthcare professional (Teacher, Coach, Athletic Director, and…read morePersonal Trainer) with multiple autoimmune conditions. Rolfing has been my get out of jail card since 1993. Saw Rachel for the first time on three consecutive days when I was really in a bind. She's been in practice for two years, which is considered relatively "new" for a rolfer. Don't be fooled by that. Her passion for what she does is easy to see, and her real world practical experience in competitive sports, health, fitness and training fields prior to rolfing has made her beyond her years as a rolfer. They give her an advantage of having many resources and knowing many different ways to relate to, and help a patient with their specific needs and situation. She's highly skilled, approaches rolfing with a practical Physical Therapy clinical perspective and knowledge of biomechanics, fitness training practices, and functional medicine. She has more "tools in her toolbox" to draw from, and is able to go beyond the traditional and by the book, ten step rolfing series that other rolfers can tend to limit themselves to as their only comfort zone. I would highly recommend her and her rolfing practice.

Thanks to a local friend's recommendation I found Christian who was able to accommodate me on such short notice. Going in I wasn't too sure what Rolfing was, but I am a fan now! Not only did he address my immediate complaints but was able to tie in some long term hip issues that where contributing too my neck and back pain from that day.
