I called asking if they accept walk-ins, and they do, I told them that I'd be free in a few hours, which they agreed to accommodate. I showed up and opted for the 60-minute combination massage (full body) for only $55! Amazing!!! As I was escorted to my private room, I was asked if I preferred a male or female masseuse. I appreciated this question and responded that I would prefer a female unless it would cause a wait time, in which case a male would be fine. I ended up with Lily (or maybe Lili, my apologies I couldn't hear her name well). She made sure I was comfortable, asking me if I wanted my massage at medium or hard intensity, which I chose medium. She also intermittently asked if I was feeling ok throughout the massage. Overall, the massage included: arms, back (with hot stone), thighs, calves, feet (and a hot water foot soak), some scalp/ear/temples. Note: "A surcharge of 3% will apply to all credit card payments. Alternatively, you may wish to pay by cash which will not incur a surcharge." I chose to pay for my service and tip fully in cash. I accepted a stamp card, which if you receive 10 massages you can earn +20 minutes for free. There were several areas that my boyfriend noticed his therapist addressed that mine did not, which stood out since I've had deep tissue massages elsewhere where those areas are typically worked on. It was later in the day as that was when they had the availability for us and so I can understand their fatigue a bit. When she rolled me over to work on my upper and lower back, all she did was repeatedly roll along my spine. I've been here many times and know what a good experience should be, but this was awful. Over the past year, the quality of the staff has clearly declined--either they've lost skilled workers or someone has gotten lazy. I will be going elsewhere moving forward.
