She makes me feel safe and cared for and has helped me overcome some of my nutritional deficiencies since I've been coming to see her. I had a very concerning experience with this spa. Based on the medical opinion of three other physicians, I was provided medical treatment that was unnecessary, and I experienced serious side effects afterward. When I reached out for help and tried to explain what was happening, the spa refused to provide any meaningful assistance. What made the situation worse was the way I was treated when I called. The receptionist was dismissive, refused to listen or understand the seriousness of my concerns, and ultimately hung up on me. And stated that the advice of my General Doctors is just his basic opinion. For a business providing medical or wellness-related treatments, that kind of response is unacceptable.I would not recommend this spa to anyone seeking responsible care, proper follow up, or basic professionalism when something goes wrong. read more

I've had such a good experience at Cienega Med Spa- I've been getting laser hair removal and I've had three treatments so far, and it's already working really well. Everyone is really nice and I feel really comfortable. The laser is NOT painful at all, which I've heard is unusual, but they use a new technology. Excellent care- before, during AND after! I had been getting B-12 vitamin injections at the Santa Monica Location for a little while and really liked their quick appointment availability, comfortable welcoming offices and friendly staff. I decided to try their injectables rather than continue with my Beverly Hills injector- I hadn't been going to her long enough to really be committed. We all love a one stop shop right? Sunday morning I was like... let me go back to work after this holiday looking *ahem* rested and refreshed (wink wink). Sad to say I am a spur of the moment kind of lady so when I reached out to Cienega Medical for a last minute time slot (as I always do) they didn't have anything available for me in SM buuuuut they could fit me in at the WEHO location in about an hour and a half. Sweet! I made my way over and you know how holiday traffic is in LA ~ a total breeze ~ so I arrived way earlier than I thought I would. They were happy to fit me in for an express facial as well! Winning! They were welcoming and pleasant- unlike the week or two wait I was getting used to at my BH clinic and the exasperation they'd give me when I wanted to add a spur of the moment service. (Girl if you don't take this money and fire up these stray chin hairs, come on... I booked a Brazilian how much worse can the chin be? dang) Anyway... My facial with Nicole was lovely and she was careful of my lash extensions but injectables is what we're here to talk about right? Its hard to mess up a facial but needles? Girrrrl I wanna talk about it first. Yasmin was knowledgeable and personable and not only listened to, but clarified my statements about my concerns. She made some recommendations regarding some areas I had been concerned about but I didn't even know there were treatment options for. Sold, ok? The price came back and I was a little shell shocked but hey- I was literally getting double what I had planned for so its not like it was unreasonable. The process was as quick and about as painless/painful as you'd expect injections to be. I'm only two days out but I already see the results coming. All that sounds great right? Well here is the magic of Cienega Medical: Im currently sitting at work bored because we're in the upside down week before the New Year so I was browsing their website and a special caught my eye... A special I was not offered when I was there two days earlier. Now I'm rarely one to complain or haggle on pricing but I was like- wait a minute. Why didn't anybody tell me about that when I was lubricating my credit card with tears? So I bit the bullet and called them to ask why. Honey... their Manager Brittany was like, OH I'm glad you called - that package just started like yesterday! I'll credit your account and you'll get the difference next time you come in, plus I'll throw in a lil extra sumthin sumthin for the trouble. Um ~ What? She was so sweet and forthcoming that I didn't even want the difference back- I had her throw it onto the tip I had left for Yasmin. (I know it was paltry - I'm sorry baby) The whole point of my call was really an exercise in taking my therapist's advice and addressing difficult conversations before they fester into real conflict or repressing my hurt feelings. I have been coming here for 3 years now for Botox and I love it. I have referred two friends since then. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. They will answer any and all questions. The place is chic and clean. Allison has been my go to nurse but any nurse is worth it. There is an underground parking garage adjacent to building but there's limited slave because it's shared with the apartment complex and the lagree studio (on Sundays). They offer other services. Me, Like everyone else, is currently screaming: NEW YEAR, NEW ME! I'm trying to add more OOMPH to my (nearly) 35 year old self and headed to cienega med spa to do just that. I scheduled a clear and brilliant facial, in the hopes to start my year off fresh, but after a quick consult, we decided that wasn't the best option for me. The area I was having the most problem with (dark spots underneath my chin from ingrown hairs) wasn't going to be fixed with the clear and brilliant and we opted to go for the root cause - the actual ingrowns. So, instead I picked up a pack of 3 laser hair removal treatments. Although bummed I wasn't going to get my clear and brilliant, i'm happy I went with this recommendation. I love a place that isn't simply trying to sell me something and actually talks me through options that are going to benefit me in the long run. Super happy with my visit to Cienega med Spa.
