I'd called the studio multiple times to try and let them know that I would be late, but no one picked up the phone. I had done everything I could to do my due diligence but could not plan for the closure. Anyone with empathy would have understood. I was a member at the time, had never asked for an extension before in my history with the studio, and had no way of knowing that a political demonstration would shut down their street to foot and car traffic. When I arrived the woman at the front desk did not even care to ask if I was a member nor check to see if I'd ever requested a late arrival before. She just told me "no". It was really frustrating that she basically shrugged her shoulders and said "its policy" to not let anyone in past 5 minutes when it had been exactly 6. I understand the principle, but if it's someone's first time and they are a paid member (not ClassPass ) then they should be given a one time forgiveness. Despite canceling, I was going to give them benefit of the doubt and not leave a yelp review because they assured me they were genuinely sorry for the experience. That all changed today when I saw that I have been charged not once not twice but THREE times since this incident. Despite signing a form on the spot that day and the manager assuring me, this would not happen. I'd been charged full price of the membership 3x when I had never stepped foot in the studio ever since. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to once again I have to go through the endless loop of trying to get a hold of someone at this business. I would never sign up here because you will never be able to know you are truly canceled.

That brings each class to $19 each, which I feel is a very accessible price. I love this studio for so many reasons. I think it's important to support local small women owned businesses. Also, this studio is not corporate. It's more of a community of people and you'll see the same people in your classes. Everyone is super friendly and supportive. The staff is wonderful. I've taken 13 classes so far and have had 6 instructors. My favorite instructor is the owner, Stephanie. I am only able to go once a week because the studio is not close to me so I feel she makes my 45 minutes worth it. Her class is not for the faint of heart though haha. It's challenging. I also like how she incorporates different equipment each time and keeps it interesting. She also takes the time to correct your form if you need it. That's something I don't see often in other studios. The studio is aesthetically pleasing and it is relaxing to be in an environment that looks peaceful. Something unique about this studio is there's a freshen up area in the back where there are some high quality products like Ouai hair mist and dry shampoo you can put on after a hard work out. I appreciate these complimentary products and I've never seen any studio offer that. Also, this is the only studio I've seen that charges $11 for a first class. And then there's a $22 for 2 classes if you're new. I appreciate the thought of making Pilates accessible to as many people as possible as Pilates is known to be cost prohibitive. I've brought 3 friends to the studio so far and they all said the workout was challenging. So give this studio a try! You will be happy you did. I live about 30 mins away, but I'm in Los Gatos often so it's convenient to have a studio nearby that I love. I've been over 5 times so far (whenever I'm in town), and every instructor I've had is equally amazing. The studio is pretty cold when you walk in, but within 5 minutes you're warmed up and it becomes the perfect temperature for a workout. The music is great and this studio is a vibe. But I had to write a review since I love the red light aspect of the heated yoga class. My skin felt smoother and softer after one class, which I didn't know was possible?! Besides that though, everyone here has been really nice. I love that they provide face towels for your class and have two showers with all the products you could ever ask for. Super cool experience being a Founding Member of YogaSix in DTSJ! I was able to attend a VIP Class…read more(Members Only) during opening week. This was an evening Sculpt and Flow class taught by Jolly. The class was quite challenging, focusing on a full body strength workout with weights. It was heated at the "warm" level. (All YogaSix classes are heated to the "warm" level or to "hot" level.) I'd say the Sculpt and Flow class was about 75% strength training/core workouts and 25% yoga/flexibility. I was definitely caught off guard by the intensity but proud of myself for making it through. The staff was very kind and welcoming. They answered all of our questions after the session was over. You can rent mats for $3 or bring your own. The parking situation was a bit difficult, as the street was a bit dark. You either have to find street parking, or park at Whole Foods (across the street). Luckily, none of the street parking is metered. It's nice that this location is fairly close to me. Looking forward to trying all the different types of classes that this location has to offer!

I saw multiple people look confused as to where to place things back. I asked if there were wipes so I could wipe down my station and was told that the entire studio was disinfected including every single weight, and all towels were washed. I was doubtful since some of the classes on the class schedule were back to back. So basically they're tone policing me and telling me I looked dissatisfied, and then REPORTED me over that. ****I would personally not recommend going to a studio where they ban people for asking questions and being cautious.**** I went to one class and they banned me for asking for help, which is wild. I came early with my coworker and was excited to work out with her. During the class I moved through all the movements and asked for a modification during a lunge. I also asked for help when I wasn't feeling a stretch at the end of class. The instructor simply said "well I guess you just won't feel it then" and walked away. Other than that, I did not interact with the instructor. 2 days later I received an email saying I was banned because of my "behavior toward the instructor." I think this decision was more about the instructor's ego than anything else. I definitely don't recommend coming here unless you are someone with no fitness background and would rather be in silent pain than ask for help. And don't even bother if you have any sort of problems at all! Knee injury? Back pain? "Guess you just won't feel it then." I also want to share that I had an alternative experience at a local yoga studio where I was tentative about things and despite that, everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and invited me back. Even though it wasn't my cup of tea, I gave it a fair shot and have nothing but great things to say about the studio and team there and reviewed it accordingly. I love that they offer so many different classes, from mat Pilates and vinyasa to yoga and reformer classes. The studio itself is so beautiful, and the reformer room is even more stunning! My favorite instructor for both heated mat and heated reformer classes is Kalani! I've taken both OneFormer Light Heat + Weights and OneFormer Foundations 2, and both were such a good workout. I expected Foundations 2 to be easier since it wasn't heated, but it was still challenging and had me out of breath. Expect a harder workout compared to traditional Pilates, and the added heat definitely makes it way harder. As someone who was really nervous to try heated classes, I actually didn't think it was too bad. Just make sure to bring a towel because you'll definitely sweat, and have extra cold water with you to stay hydrated. I've been loving the heated reformer classes here and will definitely be back! I also love that Yoga Source is available on ClassPass. They're currently offering a 2 classes for $29 special for OneFormer classes too!
