My detailed review with PROS & CONS to the NEW Studio. Unfortunately, the list of CONS outweigh the pros! Here are my personal thoughts before you dive into and commit to an overpriced experience. The new studio opened up on Dec 26th, 2025 proudly announcing their addition of the ONEformer machines which are the Pilates Reformer Machines. Unfortunately, these machines are NOT included in their Yoga Memberships or Unlimited Membership rather they are an additional cost to already exorbitant membership fees. While the new studio is brand new & very modern looking, it really doesn't justify the costs they put into building it which are essentially passed on to their loyal long-term members by increasing their annual fee & high membership rates for new members in an attempt to recover their building costs. The lobby is meant to give a WOW impression when you walk in however it is ridiculously & unnecessarily large. More thought should have been put into making their yoga rooms bigger since that is what the members are paying for & where they will be spending their time. The 1st Yoga Room (the larger one) is located directly behind the lobby which has a very narrow standing area which leads from the lobby to the double doors of that yoga room. Unfortunately, it doesn't leave room for members that will be finishing that class & need to exit only to be dripping their sweat on the way out & rub their sweaty elbows onto those who are waiting for the next class. Also unfortunate is the room has no windows or extra doors to air out the room after a class has finished leaving a very unwelcoming scent to enter into to set up for your next class. The 2nd Yoga room (the smaller one) is located to the right of the lobby off a very long arched fancy hallway that leads to the bathrooms which are all the way in the very far back of the building. This room is mainly used for any classes w/o weights such as; Hot 26 (fka as Bikram), Hot Pilates w/o weights, Vinyasa, Gentle & Restorative. This room is also down a very narrow hallway which is right next to the large yoga room. When the large yoga room is playing loud music, unfortunately you can hear (if not feel) the thumping of the bass while trying to meditate in the classes offered in the small room at the same time. This is definitely a bad design! In all honesty, the small room location is where the bathrooms/showers should have been placed to offer a buffer of sounds between yoga rooms & for members to have closer access to run to while in a class. The smaller yoga room should have been designed to be in the back of the building for the zen quieter experience. The 3rd room is their smallest room which is the Reformer room. This is located to the right of the lobby area , down the hallway located directly behind the front desk. This room only fits 20 reformers. Classes are only 45 minutes each & are NOT included in yoga membership which cost extra! As for the bathroom area, the owners decided on having gender neutral private showers & bath stalls. While this may sound like an upgrade, it was definitely a massive downgrade from their previous studio making it undesirable & most disturbing what appears to become a really large sanitary issue going forward. There are only 6 shower stalls. Definitely not enough when classes can have over 50 people in attendance or more with multiple classes going at the same time. Men & Women need to remain in their sweaty clothes congregating in a line waiting patiently for 1 of the 6 shower stalls to open up. When 1 member is done with their shower, they still occupy the area longer as they have to dry off & get dressed in their shower stall before opening it up for the next member to use. There is NO cleaning crew to clean in between each member's use! From personal experience, I went into a shower right after one member had exited the stall only to find lots of water all over the stall floor along with a bunch of hair. In the shower there were even small hairs either from shaving legs, face or private areas. Quite disgusting honestly & members will need shower sandals to shower there or just go home instead. The floors down the hallway to the shower stalls had standing water from all the 6 showers being in use & members still walking out dripping themselves dry. The mirrored vanity area is also located where members need to stand in line waiting for showers. Not the most comfortable situation where you are standing all clean trying to get ready while the sweaty members are just standing right behind you. Definitely a big downside in comparison to their previous studio where there were separate men & women bathrooms. This definitely eliminated the socialization where women members can easily hold conversations while getting ready doing hair & makeup in just their undergarments. Maybe the owners just want the members to leave instead of sticking around in hopes to reduce their water bill?

Nice place for yoga classes. I went here for the first time staff are friendly, everything is clean and the class was great. You can sign up online or through apps.

Absolutely amazing pilates/yoga studio. All of the instructors and staff are the BEST! The schedule has so many different styles of classes ranging from Hot Pilates to Gentle yoga. There is a class for everyone here! I love the YogaSource community it is so welcoming The new location is beautiful!! They recently added the OneFormer program which is a the best addition to this great studio! I truly look forward to every class I take at YogaSource! They have amazing new student specials such as 2 OneFormer classes for $29 as well as 3 weeks of unlimited mat classes for $69 for new students

I am one of the Los Gatos Spenga's founding members. I've been going here over four years and…read morerecently celebrated my 500th session. This means that this review is about three and a half years late. I first joined Spenga from a gym that did a lot of HIT workouts. The workouts were decent, but there was never time given to cool down and stretching. I heard about the new Spenga opening up in LG and was immediately interested due to the yoga. Spenga is a whole body work out-- spin/strength/yoga (20 minutes of each in an hour long session). If you have never done the Spenga work out-- it is HARD. Every single time. Because as you get stronger and stronger, your "sweet spot" (power output on the bike) gets higher and you are encouraged to lift heavier weights and do stronger yoga poses. The combination of spin/strength/yoga goes by quickly, especially as there's so much you have to pay attention to. But the reason I have stayed so long at Spenga is the instructors and the community. Some instructors (Marina) have been there from the start. She recently celebrated her 2000 session. Chloie-- also an OG-- celebrated her 1500 session. Having the same instructors mean they get to know you personally (which is a double-edge sword-- they will push you to work harder!!) One of the co-owners, Dan, is a regular-- he is often at the front desk or taking a class with us. The instructors and the front desk team make you feel welcomed. You are greeted by name (unlike other studios I've attended where they work hard to ignore you), and the instructors even ask you to introduce yourself to your neighbor in the work out. As I take classes at the same time every day, I get to know the other people in the class. We cheer each other on, especially during the tough workouts. There are lots of celebration moments-- check out Spengalg's instagram accounts to see pics of the clients hitting major milestones, working on their birthday, etc. Spenga attracts all kinds of people. It's a workout that has something for everyone. Whether you are looking to get back in shape, get into a shape you have never been, or wanting variety from your current routine, I'd recommend giving Spenga a visit!

I initially chose Spanga as a substitute class in addition to my Pilates and cardio. I had really…read morehigh hopes, thinking a 60-minute class combining spinning, strength, and yoga was a great concept and a well-diversified combination. After taking the initial trial class, I decided to buy a 10-class package to really try it out. Unfortunately, after taking a few more classes, I found myself really disliking it. The studio itself is really nice, and the staff is very kind. The spinning and yoga portions are pretty standard and totally fine. What I really dislike is the strength portion (the resistance and weight training part). It is held in an open setting with a maximum of 26 spots. The instructor gives a set of exercises and then lets members work at their own pace with their own selected weights. I found it not only very messy and unorganized, but also lacking in discipline and correction. Proper posture and choosing the right weights are extremely important in weight training. With 26 students doing their own thing, everybody is trying, but many have incorrect posture. This makes it ineffective and prone to injuries. Almost no corrections were given by the instructor. There are a couple of small TVs on the wall showing demonstrations of the assigned exercises, but they are quite small, and sometimes what is shown on screen differs from what the instructor demoed. There is another 60-minute class called Reps, which is pretty much pure strength and weight training. I took that class twice and had the exact same experience: it was messy, unorganized, and lacked discipline and form correction. One of the rap classes I took had 2 stripper-type ladies wore high heels dancing in the class. I think it was meant to boost everyone's morale... maybe ? but it totally weirded me out. Seeing 2 of them wearing tights and skimpy clothes, shaking their butt and booty, just looked weird and inappropriate to me. It totally weirded me out. If someone is already highly experienced in weight training and knows what they are doing, maybe this class works for them. But for the general public, based on what I saw, about 80% of the people have form problems. In some ways, this kind of setting defeats the purpose and can do more harm than good.I really want to use up the classes I bought. But every time I think about going, I feel resistant. Right now, these leftover classes are just going to be a waste of money for me.

I was 2 minutes late to class because I had to drop my baby off at the Kids Club after my husband unexpectedly couldn't watch her. My friend was already in class and had even put my towel and water bottle on the spot I had saved. When I arrived, just 2 minutes later, someone else was already using my spot. My friend told Karina I was literally one minute away, but Karina told someone from the waitlist to take my spot anyway. When I arrived and asked what happened, she told me, "If you're not here by the start time, I give your spot away." I'm sorry, but is there no grace period at all? I pay $670/month for myself, my husband, and my child, and I've never experienced a gym that wouldn't allow even a few minutes of grace. I've trained at many different places, and 5 minutes is usually the minimum. What made this experience even worse was Karina's attitude. She was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming, not only toward me but also toward my friend. Im pretty sure the class wasn't even full and there was some unregistered participants. Most of the coaches at this gym are absolutely wonderful, kind, and welcoming, and I'm there almost every day for Body Shop. I have absolutely no interest in taking another class with Karina. This was completely unacceptable and honestly left a really bad impression.

I worried that it would be a pretty mellow class but signed up anyway. My concern was completely unwarranted, at least based upon the way Anuja taught it. Using the wall meant not having to worry about balance - an issue for me given an arthritic left big toe and a chronically sprained right ankle - meaning that we could focus upon fuller expression of the poses thereby requiring greater strength.
