Lindsay is hands down one of the BEST instructors I've ever had. She creates an environment that is welcoming, motivating, and fun from the second class begins. Her knowledge of Pilates is unmatched -- she explains movements clearly, checks in with everyone, and always offers modifications so every level feels challenged but supported. Whether you're brand new or advanced, you'll leave her class feeling stronger, more confident, and smiling. Yes, her classes are challenging -- but that's exactly what you're paying for. She has a way of pushing you past your limits in the best way and has motivated me to come more often and challenge myself in every class. The progress I've seen is because of her. I went to bodyrok for about a week and I definitely thinks it's a great workout. The reason I gave it a 3 is because for me a workout studio should also feel like a community. I've taken about 5 classes and not one instructor asked my name or if I had any injuries. The vocal energy of the instructors wasn't there because if I'm half asleep at a 6am class i would like my instructor to have more energy than I do. Also, while I've done barre, Pilates and lagree I'm no expert so I do enjoy when instructors correct me but I never saw anyone doing hands on corrections they'll have vocal cues but it's different. Other than that the studio is clean, plenty of parking and they have a lot of different class times. read more

Absolutely in LOVE with BODYROK! So glad they opened a studio nearby. Every single instructor here is amazing! Signed up for the monthly membership and it's definitely worth it. The 12 classes a month has been perfect for me, I can already see changes and it's great for toning. Everyday is a different workout and targets certain parts of your body. I don't recommend this place. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called ahead to inform them I'd be 2-3 minutes late, and they assured me that it was fine. When I arrived 3 minutes late, I quickly put on my grip socks in the lobby, which took about 2 minutes. However, when I entered the main room, the instructor (Marley) told me I couldn't join the class because being 5 minutes late was unacceptable. I would have completely understood if they had told me this when I called, but the communication was lacking. What really bothered me was how Marley spoke to me--it was condescending and downright rude. I won't be returning to this studio. read more

K this is what I've been looking for-- I regularly weight train and do yoga, but the reformer pilates at my gym and other studios I've tried have been subpar. The class I took here kicked my butt, as if I don't exercise at all-- which is the challenge I've been wanting!!!!! I enjoyed these reformers compared to others I've seen. Studio was clean, super cold and overall good vibes. Also appreciated that the teacher, Marley I think, turned the mic off when offering corrections. 10/10 !!!! read more

This place has a ridiculous policy so be aware! I arrived 5 minutes late and they gave my spot to someone else. They said their policy is 2 minutes which was not stated anywhere on the website I booked the class on. I asked to at least get my credits back and they said they will not and they will charge me a fee! I feel like they are abusing this policy to make more money. This location has a lot of red lights, so this is not a good fit for someone with a 9-5 job that might get stuck in traffic. read more
