When I have needed assistance, I felt ignored rather than treated with the level of professionalism and respect that customers should receive. The front desk is supposed to be the first point of contact for members, so communication, courtesy, and customer service should be a basic part of the job. Unfortunately, my experience has been that some staff members selectively choose whom they communicate with and whom they assist, which made me feel unfairly treated and unwelcome. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and provides better training and accountability for the front-desk staff. Members are paying for a service and deserve to be treated respectfully and consistently.

We saw on their IG that they had a deal going where you can purchase a day pass for $25 and then bring a friend for $10. The person working the front desk said she needed permission from the owner to run this deal. He said no. We were already there so we paid for 2. Decided to warm up with cardio and headed over the cardio area. I got on a treadmill that was open and immediately had a lady get in my face and yell that that was her treadmill and to get off. We did our workout and on our way out the person at the front counter asked if we would like to sign up. We said no, when asked why I mentioned the deal not being honored but hearing it being honored to other people. The. I mentioned the overly aggressive exchange with the lady on the treadmill. The front desk person wanted to know who it was immediately but when I described them I was told that she was the owner's girlfriend so there was nothing she could do about it. If you are someone who doesn't look like a body builder, or body exists outside of what society says a body should be I wouldn't come here. Society demands fat bodies to atone for their bodies, to shrink themselves and change their bodies. But when they do they are treated like they don't belong.

The teachers are absolutely amazing, patient, and caring. The seasonal camps have been an absolute blessing. They offer unique, hands-on experiences that my son still talks about. He was able to pet farm animals, touch a snake, and learn all about music and outer space. He even learned how to swim over the summer thanks to their amazing coaches! If you have a toddler and are looking for a way to relax, workout, or just enjoy some self-care time, this is the place to be. The family membership includes up to 3 hours of childcare per day! First of all, the front desk people are very sweet and were very knowledgeable about the hotel and the amenities included. It was also around $35 for overnight parking, which I guess was okay considering I was only staying one night. The parking garage is adjacent to the hotel. Couple of the reasons I came is for the swimming pool and the gym. It seems this is what the hotel revolves around; that and the kid care. Entering into the hotel room, it was super clean and very nice. They have a no-smoking policy in the room, which I love because certain hotels don't have that kind of policy and the rooms smells horrible. When I woke up in the morning, I had a view of the pool and spa. It seemed there was a class in the pool and it looked really fun and I didn't know they had classes. Unfortunately, I didn't have any time to see the gym, but I will my next trip to this hotel. Next time I head to this hotel, I'll have more to review but for now, this is all I have to say. Lisa and Daryl at the front desk are exceptionally kind, and it speaks volumes that they take the time to know me by name, along with so many other members. My three children absolutely love going to the Kid Zone! The teachers are wonderful, incredibly kind, and know each child by name. They always have all sorts of new activities and fun crafts for the kids to do every single day. Knowing my little ones are happy, safe, and well-cared for makes my time at the gym completely stress-free. The workout classes are phenomenal. All of the instructors are super skilled, supportive, and truly take the time to get to know everyone in the class, helping to build a genuine sense of community. Beyond the staff, the members themselves are wonderful--everyone is so kind, constantly greeting each other, and sharing compliments. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values its members. I'd genuinely rather work out in a park than deal with this again.
