However, once I realized what the actual issue(osteomyelitis) was and not their awful misdiagnosis... I had to be admitted to the hospital. So naturally because I pre paid for a service that I am no longer needing (due to being on antibiotics) I asked for a refund for the REMAINDER of the funds that I did not use. This has been a battle since June of this year.... their office is sneaky!!! the insurance case manager never emails me back when I reach out, when I try to call she gives me some BS reason why I can't get the money "YET"... and they have done nothing to try and refund my money that they OWE ME. This is ridiculous... we are in a pandemic... my money is already stretch absolutely thin and on top of the medical bills that piled up bc they wasted my time and my infection got worse than it needed... So please do yourself a favor and do not come to this facility. Your time and money will be wasted. Also all of the equipment there is definitely 30-40+ years old..... so I'm sure your money could be spent better elsewhere into someone's pocket who actually deserves and actually cares about their clients not just $$$

I mainly use doctor Potter- he is great at explaining what is going on. Dr. Wong is also great. I just rotate through the docs and massage staff. And Mr. Waldo.....runs the electro stim/heat therapy/traction area with his assistants- also great. Highly recommend you try this before you go to an orthopedic who will stick you or cut you. I came in wearing a splint I had been prescribed by my orthopedic doctor that was covered by my insurance . Dr. Das had a preference for his own splint, saying it would be better. He put it on me in the examination room and had me wear it to the checkout desk. At that time I was charged $81.19. Why would he put a brace on me and not tell me insurance didn't cover it and not tell me a price before he had me wear it.? I felt embarrassed and tricked. Because he told me it was going to be so much better than the orthopedist's brace and my embarrassment, I paid for it. I am on Medicare and a fixed income, This felt very wrong and predatory. After wearing it home, I kept having to adjust the brace, because it didn't stay in place. It did not keep my hand and wrist stabilized. The advantage sold to me was the open area between bars would keep the brace from rubbing over my injury. Instead, it wouldn't stay in place and the bar would ride right on top of my injury. At my follow up appointment, I told the doctor the problem with his brace and that I had been using my orthopedic brace since I had seen him last. He offered no compensation nor discussion. At the checkout desk I told his nurse of the problem and she said she would put in for a refund through the manufacturer. It could take up to 30 days. I have called Dr. Das's office every month for four months now and they tell me they are waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. I'm not going to ever see a refund. Dr Das never should have pushed his wrist brace on me without see if my insurance would pay for it. The brace I was wearing worked perfectly. Because, the brace from my orthopedist was covered I assumed this one was as well and I let him put it on me. It looked like a good design. I felt duped and preyed upon when I had to pay the $81.19, but I trusted that at least it would be more comfortable. Instead, it did not function as it should have. Again, it twisted and would not stay in place. I never needed a new brace in the first place. He was just working for the Medical manufacturer, pushing their product that was completely unnecessary. I would tell anyone who's thinking of going to him to find another doctor. This one is just out to make a buck at your expense.,This took a big chunk out of my budget in a fixed income.

Threatening me to force a manipulation of reviews is not only unlawful but it proves just how sleazy and dishonest the management operates.** I get IV infusions regularly via a mobile service. I'm also a regular blood donor and have birthed children and had surgeries. I'm very familiar with IVs and needles. And there are no issues with my veins. Never before has any medical professional NOT been able to hit my vein correctly. The nurse started by setting up and then flicking my arm repeatedly and excessively...I knew right then I was in trouble. ‍ She did not hit the vein correctly or even go in all the way. She stuck my husband twice and still couldn't get his going at all. The nurse had the Practitioner come in to try. We refused service and left at that point. The Nurse Practitioner was very polite and apologetic. However, no discount or apology is worth the hour we wasted, the unnecessary pain, and now the bruising on our arms all for no infusion too. All this to say, if a nurse is not confident in their abilities, it shows immediately when interacting with the patient. I thought on a busy Saturday, skilled staff would be available, especially to facilitate an IV which is likely the bulk of the business at this center. Clearly, I was incorrect. I'll definitely not go back. Suggestion to Management: Train and test your staff more. There is absolutely no reason why anyone not comfortable and skilled in bloodwork should be administering the IVs. No patient likes someone digging around in their arm and also giving ridiculous excuses at the same time.
