I was in City Centre and wanted to get a facial, they had good reviews on Yelp so I decided to give them a try. I made an apt for 1:00pm and they took a credit card number to hold my reservation. A few days before my apt, they called wanting to change the time, and I told them I couldn't as I had a tight schedule that day. The day of my apt, they email with a different time (1:15) I called and told them that my apt was at 1, and they told me I was wrong even though I had the original email with the right time. Even though it's only a 15 min time difference, if I was the one to show up 15min late they would have canceled my apt and charged my credit card. Yeah absolute 0/10. I've been coming to both locations for over a year and I don't think I'm gonna return to this location. I received a chemical peel and it was just bad. It was really quick like 25 minutes I don't think she took her time or prepped my skin well before steps. The worst thing was when I told she about an area of concern she aggressively exfoliated that area which caused irritation and pigmentation discoloration that I know how to deal with for who knows how long. My very first appointment at BHRC City Centre was a disaster. I arrived at my appointment early to complete documents. The receptionist asked me to sit and read the forms before I signed them. I informed her that a provision of the Acknowledgment Consent Form conflicted with my 10 pre-paid sessions package and that I did not feel comfortable initialing a form that would cause me to forfeit any session after 9 pre-purchased services. The receptionist got an attitude, sighed loudly, and said there was nothing she could do because that's how the form--riddled with misspellings--was "approved by corporate." She rudely reassured me that the provision in question did not apply to my service. I kindly asked her if she or her manager could indicate that on the form to avoid any confusion in the future. After much reluctance, the receptionist agreed to print the form and notate my form. Despite her rude behavior, I initialed the form next to all provisions except for the provision that allegedly did not apply to my package. I was then taken back to my first session. After my first session, I politely requested the printed form from the receptionist. She initially declined to print it because she was printing something else. I offered to wait until she was finished, and she rolled her eyes, told her manager what I needed, and eventually gave me the form. Not only did the manager speak to me, she never even acknowledged me, despite understanding my point of view. I reviewed the form and noticed that the receptionist fraudulently altered the form and initialed the provision that I took issue with. The form itself reflects a time stamp almost 30 minutes after I signed/initialed it at arrival. This is absolutely a deceptive business practice. Outside of the questionable receptionist, the other employees were kind. read more

I went to them for the first time a few months ago. My dysport was fine, the results were good and didn't have anything weird happening. although i will say my injector didn't have gentle hands and the prick kinda hurt more than another injector i had at a different clinic. it was kind of inconvenient because i had to zoom with a PA or something because my injector was not authorized to assess me because she wasn't at a certain level, license wise (not sure). and of course she couldn't math and converted my dysport units from botox units incorrectly and i had to question her why the heck it was such a high amount and she was like oh you're right. ummm, ok. jeez. fine, caught it, whatever. i go to pay and this is where it irked me. why is a medical spa where licensed registered nurses, NP, PA whatever .. asking for gratuity... such a huge turn off. this is the first clinic i've been to that asks for a tip for a injection. wild. needless to say because of my experience, i have not and will not go back. there are other clinics with better service, better qualified injectors, and better price per unit as well. read more

So so happy I gave them a try!! I had a few things I have been wanting to get done for forever and since they just opened and had such good promotions I decided to get them done. Why not?! The office is really nice and the front desk staff was welcoming which was great. It's a little intimidating going into these offices sometimes when you feel like you are bothering them. Nina and Melissa listened to my concerns and gave me great consults. I then got Botox in my jaw (TMJ issues/clenching all the time) I was nervous that it wouldn't work but it has been so wonderful! I noticed a few days after getting it that I have not been grinding or clenching like I used to. And Nina, omg she is just the sweetest!!! I love her! She made me feel so comfortable and was so nice. I had a hydra facial which left my skin glowing! And I have notice my skin looks so much better even now almost 3 weeks later. And then I came back the next week to do a cool-sculpting session. I was kind of skeptical about it but it but I think I am starting to see it work. And it's just about 2 weeks or so since I have gotten it done. I definitely recommend giving them a try. I'm so discussed with the treatment I have received. Seems like the technicians they have are not very well trained. The cooling pads for cool sculpting, were placed on my butt checks. I was already not gifted in that area. This really leaves a mark on a woman. I don't know what I was thinking when I went back two weeks later and asked for Botox thinking it was just an area they were not an expert in. I received the Botox and about a week later I could not move my face. I asked to speak to the owner and he threatened not to do anything unless I signed some papers. He has still not fixed my issues buyer. BUYER BEWAR!!! Their customer service is absolutely disgusting. As soon as I walked into the BHRC spa, I started to destress with the chic, upscale and calming atmosphere. After getting a quick tour of the clinic and a quick change into a robe I was on my way to the treatment room. The low lighting and calming music playing is super relaxing. Nina was amazing as we discussed the treatment for the HydraFacial. We started with some simple cleansing and then she turned on the machine. The treatment wasn't painful or even uncomfortable. She thoroughly cleansed and exfoliated my skin, and then moved on to extracting the stuff deep in my pores. After the final moisturizing treatment, my pores were incredibly clean and smaller. The space is absolutely beautiful and they validate valet parking which is amazing when you're running here for a lunchtime treatment.
