The sign made the express facial limited only outside sign made it seem so special but it's standard facial they have on their menu. Was very disappointed and won't be coming back. I understand costs have gone up. But if you're only going to do the bare minimum then charge accordingly.

In her dr defense, they never bothered to run tests to see if her body was defiant in key nutrients. For the past six years, every single dr she saw would do the same thing - take out their little legal pad and prescribe a "cure" that only brought with it terrible side effects. Two IV treatments in and my mom is now able to pick things up from the floor, put on her socks and shoes, walk around without pain. Fast forward to 4/18/2025: I called them after getting a text saying they couldn't charge my card anymore. I asked how many points I had and how many hydrofacials that would get me. The staff told me I had enough for 7 or 8 facials. I told them to freeze my membership so I could use my points first. They agreed and booked me for 04/26/2025. I showed up today for my appointment and was blindsided. The OWNER herself demanded my credit card info again, and when I reminded her of the call I had with her staff about freezing my membership, she smugly said their "system changed on Monday" and they couldn't see my points anymore. When I pushed back, the owner started changing her story -- suddenly saying, "Oh, you say you called maybe 10 days ago? I think our system changed the previous Monday, the 14th." Total LIE. I just checked my phone -- I called them on the 18th, days after their supposed "system change." They knew what they were doing and still promised me I could use my points. I was furious. I raised my voice because this is flat-out theft. They charged me all year and now refuse to provide the services I paid for. Instead of showing any kind of apology or trying to help, the owner coldly told me they could give me one facial today and that's it. No compassion, no effort to make things right. Just a greedy, heartless attitude. They asked me to leave -- like I was the problem! I plan to call corporate, and if they don't fix this immediately, I will be contacting a lawyer. You cannot scam loyal customers and get away with it. DO NOT step foot in this place. They only care about your money, not about you. Find a business that actually respects their clients. I regret ever trusting them.
