I called yesterday and who ever scheduled the appointment said tomorrow at 9 am. I said we'll take it. We drove all the way here and were told the appointment was scheduled for another day. There is build up around my nails and in my nail beds that Jocelyn refused to fix. I expressed my concerns, but my concerns kept getting dismissed. My nails feel like they have stuff stuck under them and they are very uncomfortable and rough. The tips were glued to my skin and feel tight. Each time I said something, Jocelyn would make an excuse for it instead of fixing it. She also did not drill the dip around my cuticle to create a dip, which is a normal part of the process. I've been getting my nails done for years and thought I'd try this place out as I went with a friend. Do not recommend. Do not waste your money here! The manager could tell I was not satisfied and failed to ask how to make things right, there was only 2 other customers, and somehow, all other employees disappeared towards the end (the manager/owner).

Then I went to another spot in the salon for the was and it wasn't a bed but another chair with wheels. Well when she went to move the chair I ended up flipping the chair and I was on the floor. The salon is beautiful and it has over 20 pedicure chair and a bunch of mani stations too. They also have an excessive amount of polishes to pick from. It was overall a memorable experience that I don't plan to repeat anytime soon.

I can't even explain how much Chris has helped me so far. I am now able to walk twice as far as before and the pinched nerve in my neck is getting much better. I have cut the use of pain pills in half and life isn't looking as bleak anymore as it was just a month ago. He knows his stuff! He also makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease during treatment. I fully expect to eventually be close to if not at 100% in time. So glad I didn't opt for surgery.
