I've been a client here since 2014. I've visited other nail salons. This is by far the best. My polish never comes off or chips before the next visit. They use high quality products. It's the only nail salon I recommend and I'm very picky.

Went today for the first time to get my nails done. It's been years since I've had any kind of nail extension. I decided on full set of tips with gel. I did a coffin style nail. I'm very happy! Tony did a great job! Sunday is very busy, so be prepared to wait as a walk in. I called to make an appt day before, so I'm glad I did.

I gave them 2 tries. I'm sure it's one of these places that just fills their seats with techs & you need to know who to go to. The weirdest thing I found was that once they paint your nails , you're done. No hot towel, No Lotion. After you wash, don't you usually lotion your hands? I've been getting manicures religiously for about 30 years I've never had one where they don't at least lotion your hands after working on them. No back massage. I know all salons don't do this, but worth noting especially for $45. The man that did my nails left polish all around & didn't want to fix it. Since I insisted, he told me to go wash my hands & I'll see it will come off. No it didn't. So he reluctantly used remover to get it off & cleaned up the sloppiness. One of the nails chipped the very next day btw :( Neither pedicure I got here was good , $32. The tech messed up my polish & left it. I had to ask to get it fixed. Also I get a regular pedi & dip mani. They didn't even attempt to match the colors. They're completely different. I'm not a fanatic about that & like both the colors so didn't complain but salons usually at least try to match the colors. $77 before tip & service is LACKING.

This place was cute and cleanly. Very busy when me and my mom went. The quality is between mid-good. One of my pinky toe's polish chipped off a couple of days later. I had the deluxe pedicure with gel polish.

The nail tech named Henry rubbed my legs with sugar scrub so hard during a pedicure that I left with red botches and burns on my legs. It hurts pretty bad. Another employee told me to put so aloe on it which I have and am going to try. I've been getting pedicures for 20 years now at different places and have never had this happen. read more

Really disappointed with my pedicure here. The technician rushed through it, didn't even apply a second coat of polish, and the paint job was sloppy. I didn't notice how bad it looked until I got home. read more

The guy that did my pedicure did a terrible job. when I got home I noticed my heels were extremely rough and were catching on my clothes. They were worse than when I went there. He buffed them and didn't smooth them out. In addition, I asked specifically for powder on my nails and brought the color to his station. Howeve, he proceeded to do gel on my nails as he did my toes. when he started doing the first nail I told him I wanted powder on my nails. He said ok but continued with the gel. I will never go back!!!! read more

Basic pedicure was $32 and was very rushed and my toes do not look professionally done...(one coat, messy edges, polish on my skin). The decor and lighting were not pleasing. The place didn't feel neat or clean. The polish selection was just ok. I will say that the people were nice enough and took my daughter and I for manicures and pedicures without appointments which I appreciated. But other than that I didn't like the place, the experience, or the outcome so I wouldn't go back. Most places I've gone, even the basic pedicure is leisurely and enjoyable. This was like a drive-thru pedicure. read more

Worst pedicure ever. They should rename the salon to Express Nail spa. I did not get polish but my pedi was done in 15 minutes. The massage was weak and was more of a light rub over and over in the same spot than a massage. Within 2 days the bottom of my feet felt like sand paper. Will never go back. read more

Today as usual my go to nail tech, Andrew made up a perfect color just for me by combining two different OPI gel colors. I always let him pick the color because when I don't I'm not crazy about the color. His technique, personality and precision has ruined me for any other Nail Salon. If I go out of town and my girlfriends get their nails done I always sit on the sideline and take a pass. Everyone is friendly in the salon and it is impeccably clean. I saw the review from Step S. About the French ombré so I took in the picture and my nails turned out equally as great! Just like the photo! John is quite the artist. The only thing is it's with acrylic not gel or SNS but it looks so great I don't mind. Unfortunately I was not impressed with my shellac mani. Edges weren't filed down smoothly so my nails feel sharp. Or maybe the polish isn't smooth at the edges. I'm not sure if the polish was old but the paint was not applied smoothly and skipped on my nails. There's dried paint still left on my fingertips. And my thumb nail isn't shaped evenly. I hate leaving this three star review because they were really nice and the prices were far less than anything I'm used to. I might be willing to give it another try and hope this was just one bad occasion. read more

I've tried about 10 nail places in the Sarasota area and this is easily the best. Ask for John, he is very patient and is expert at nail shaping. The atmosphere is really nice- TV's if you aren't feeling chatty, high standards of cleanliness, comfortable chairs. It's hard to find a good nail place but this is it. Shockingly reasonable prices too. They do sns/dip powder nails here and I would highly recommend trying it out. My nails have always been weak and break off as soon as they get any sort of length but with the dip powder they grew out with no chipping or breaking whatsoever. If you're a fan of acrylics TRY SNS you will not regret it. Life changing! read more

I was visiting the Bradenton area while on vacation in Florida. And while on vacation, my brother and his girlfriend were planning an impromptu wedding. We needed to find a place to accommodate myself, my sister, my new sister and my daughters. Deluxe Nail Spa promptly responded to my email and got us all in. They were all fantastic. From the mani/pedis for the little girls which the techs were amazing with, to accommodating full sets for the adults. I especially love Kevin. I walked in with a previous powder set and he redid my nails with his own original design. He envisioned it in his head and went straight to work. The entire team was fantastic and professional. If I lived here I'd make this my permanent go to nail salon. read more

I came in to get a mani pedi for my birthday and it was honestly the worst experience. I should have known my guy had no experience when he cut my toe nail so short it hurt. When doing my acrylics he was shaking the whole time putting them on. They turned out awful and when i told him i wanted something different he rolled his eyes at me. The nails are super boxy and BIG! Fan nails went out of style years ago and i still ended up with this shit. I ended up paying $93 for a AWFUL job. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! read more

this is my second time visiting and I have to say, Hannah is nothing short of amazing. her attention to detail really stands out when you're sitting with her. I haven't received a manicure by anyone else in this establishment so I can't speak for their work but be sure to stop in to see Hannah, she's at the top of my list for best manicurist in this area. read more

John is the absolute best ! I've searched long and far for a great nail shop in the Sarasota area. I moved here from Miami so I'm used to a particular style/quality. I tried a lot of different nail salons in Sarasota/Bradenton area and found that the deluxe Nails is the best! From the quality they use in their acrylic powder to the service I received to the cleanliness and friendliness of all of the staff! I've been to a lot of salons that have done a reasonable job but then my nails break a few days later that's not the case here! I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE AND JOHN IN PARTICULAR ! read more

I asked for acrylics and they were rushing to get me out as they were busy. It was the worst manicure I have ever got. The nails were completely uneven and so thick, I had to ask several times to change it but it didn't help. I had to go straight to another nail salon after to fix it. read more

This nail salon is amazing and Annie is the absolute best! As a former nail biter my entire life, she helped me save my nails. She was understanding and nonjudgmental of the condition when I first went to her. I've tried so many times to stop biting my nails, and she set a plan in place to get me on track. Got a pedicure here today. It was rushed and sloppy. She painted 2 color coats and a clear coat in under 5 minutes. The line/edges were not straight. She had to go in and clean it up yet still didn't clean all the excess off. She only put the clear coat on my big toe nail. I guess she didn't think I would notice. Well, I did! Not a very good quality experience. read more

I am so pleased with the result of my gel manicure. With a salon on every corner it's been a struggle to find one that is spacious, clean and with a courteous staff and.... this is it!! I wanted to get my GelX removed, replaced with a gel manicure, a 'luxury' pedicure and eyebrow wax. I am here visiting family and wanted to treat myself to some nice fresh nails and this place has good reviews. The girl was either Lynn or Laura based on the roster I saw, that had a only 2 appointments recorded for the day. The girl who did my nails was the one not wearing glasses. The shop was not busy. She immediately burned my pinky finger with the little roller thing, as she was moving the roller over my nails super fast, she didn't even apologize. She wrapped the nails in the alcohol and cotton to soak. I sat down for the pedicure and she lazily handed me a crusty, stained neck pillow that was too hot. Then she rushed my pedicure, not clipping my cuticles thoroughly, she didn't even cut all of my toenails. She didn't scrub my feet, the water was cold and not relaxing for my pedicure. I was clearly suffering with the nick in my pinky finger that she burned, I said multiple times it was stinging. The pedicure was not luxury whatsoever. When we got to the rest of the manicure, she was still moving too fast and when I mentioned this to her she said 'oh at the beginning i go fast, but then i go slower' (?!?!) which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard, she didn't even get all the gel off my nails. She then sat there blaming ME for having 'sensitive nails' and tried making excuses for her awful job being done and I really didn't want to her it by this point. She was sitting there almost arguing with me, so I asked her to just finish please, that I changed my mind about the additional services. I decided I didn't want her to touch my face and canceled the eyebrow wax and getting any polish on my hands/feet, because seeing this experience so far, I wasn't going to pay more money for gel that will chip or fall off in 2 days and with her lack of care was showing me this was already a waste of money. The salon was also filthy, the floor dirty and stained as through it has not been swept or mopped in a few days, it certainly wasn't cleaned last night before they closed. The shop is crusty, tape holding stuff together everywhere. There is no way in hell this place has real awards. No way, it was disgusting and disappointing. She didn't even file them properly. I had to come back hoe and fix them myself. Not worth the $80 in ANY WAY. If you don't want to be a nail technician - get another job. I drove 20 minutes to get here too because it seemed like a good bet. I was wrong. Don't go here!!

This is absolutely the best nail salon in the Bradenton-Sarasota area. No shop could have a nicer staff of nail technicians. I have been going here since they opened and the salon is so clean and professional. (If anyone ever says that this place is not clean, it must be one of their jealous competitors.) You really get your money's worth, the prices are reasonable and they don't rush you out of there like at some other nail salons. I try to get the tea tree pedicure every time and relax for over an hour of pampering with their gentle foot and leg massages, and the finished job on my toes is always perfect. They offer complimentary soda, water and wine and sometimes cookies!!! I love this place and won't go anywhere else. read more

As an senior I find it difficult to do a pedicure - not as flexible as I used to be. I decided to find an affordable pedicure without upsells and came upon Deluxe Nail Spa located nearby at 5770 Ranch Lake Blvd. I called and gentleman on the phone said they could handle a walk in. I found the spa and was impressed with the spotless environment. I waited about 5 minutes to have a chair readied and then relaxed as a bright, young Vietnamese gal named Hannah did their standard pedicure. She spoke fluent English (no misunderstandings), which I appreciated. There was no upsell. I got what I asked for quietly and efficiently. I had a great experience both times that I have come in. I was nervous about getting a pedicure and a manicure done, but Tony and the staff did a great job. They offered me water and made sure that I was comfortable that entire time. Because it was my first time, they explained to me each step and why/how it helped my hands and feet. Tony does a wonderful job on my granddaughters nails and she is very particular about her nails. She always asks for Tony to do her nails because he always does such a wonderful job. My wife and I went here last week for pedicure! For all we know that the salon has new managers and staffs. The took over the business over a month and they are super nice and friendly. They look very professional and have good skills. The salon is very clean. They offer free drinks such as wine, coffee, and soda. They use the pedicure bags to wrap the tubs so we feel safe and clean. Definitely come back here again! read more

I have been to this nails salon several times. It is a very friendly atmosphere. It is quite and organized even if they are very busy. The employees are very nice, and they greet customers warmly. Had great service here today. I was a walk in and was greeted with a smile and a "how are you?!" It was quiet and the atmosphere relaxing. My nail tech was very good at the massage and took extra time with my runners callus. This is a newer business located in plaza before wal-mart. It definitely deserves a look! Been to many nail spa's in Bradenton and this is by far the best place. Always do a fantastic job. New owners are great. Always have a great experience. Very clean and sanitized. Close by Walmart and Intersection 75. Will come again next time when I fly in from California. read more
