He'll add on parts to run up the labor. He knows how to do simple bolt on lifts and flashy non custom stuff but definitely doesn't know how to take an engine from one truck and put into another. Oh and because I chose another Cummins engine for my build I was obligated to keep the one he pulled from his rusty truck. Which by the way he stripped of parts before handing over. Good thing he's protected by the law.
