They call me two hours later to tell me they couldn't get to my vehicle and they didn't know why it was scheduled, there were other people in front of me. Which is their mistake and they should've caught it before I walked out of there. I could've taken my car and had it done in the morning in Boerne or San Antonio at Toyota. I told him I was leaving my car early because I was headed to San Antonio. Had I known this at 8:30 when I dropped it off, poor customer service on their part. So now here I am on a Saturday at 1:46 having to take it somewhere else could've been done this morning. Waste of a whole morning now afternoon

Called & reached Jeremy, met him at the shop & was on my way in 30 minutes. About an hour West I had another tire issue. Called again & Jeremy drove out & fixed it in record speed. The truck is well equipted & Jeremy looks like part of a "pit crew" in action. Very pleasant & knows what he's doing. He certainly made the company look good.

I was stranded four hours from home, exhausted, emotional, and not in the best shape after a long drive and a crazy work week. The guy they sent (a super professional blonde guy who's been with the company over 10 years--I'm so mad I can't remember his name!) not only arrived Jimmy John's quick but seriously turned my whole day around. Not only did he know exactly what to do, but he had me laughing with jokes while still being totally on top of things. Being that I drive a Toyota it's safety features were being a pain--it kept relocking itself and setting off the alarm while he tried to get in, so he had to pop the hood and disconnect the battery to get the keys out(which he forewarned me about). On top of it being a fussy Toyota, my driver door is messed-up & my hood latch, so I know my service was a PITA but he stayed calm and patient the entire time. I was so grateful he was the one sent out. He wouldn't even let me tip him! I honestly couldn't not have had a better experience. If you're ever locked out, I hope you get someone like him.

AAA dispatched Fat Boy, and Jason went above and beyond to get to us quickly, put our spare on our tire, and even followed right behind us at 40mph to make sure we got ourselves to the Discount Tires in Kerrville safely on our spare. AAA had mentioned that other towing companies in the area were not available at that hour or in that area, and I feel so fortunate Jason was. He later told me he considered how he would want to be treated if he were traveling far from home, did not know anyone in the area, and something like this happened to him. The owner is extremely nice and goes out of his way to help quickly, even dropping dinner to come help. I'm very grateful for his help because we were in a rural area with a tire that couldn't be repaired.
