There have been a few issues with forgotten items etc but for the most part we're taken care of by management, they recently raised prices, which was a little chunk of a price difference but I get it. Found that this place is more than just a meat market. They also have a Middle Eastern restaurant inside with seating. The price, quality and quantity blew me away... I ordered combo #2 platter ($19.99.) So much food! Cheaper and more food compared to Beirut Palace's platter. The chef has over 16 years of experience cooking this fine cuisine. I was approached by Mike the owner. Showed me around and introduced me to his staff and what his business had to offer. The quality... The friendly staff... The customer service was amazingly friendly. After he sampled the shawarma w/ hummus I was hooked. I knew I will be a loyal customers for life. This is a quaint little market with a solid lunch menu. We stopped in the other day and ordered a couple of lamb chop dinners. We dined in, as we wanted to eat the food as hot and fresh as possible. The salad was good, but the dressing was a bit more tart than that to which I'm accustomed. The chops themselves were huge! They were cooked well and had good flavor. The rice was spot on The market itself as a weird smell, a bit like old mop water. Stopped for lunch after reading great reviews. I thought it was a little unique being in a small grocery store. However some of my best finds have been in gas stations , road side stands and now in this grocery store. This chicken shawarma made of all white meat had the best garlic sauce And pickles I've had . The meat had a great marinade taste to it. Not just a plain taste like most shawarmas. They had a great deal 3 shawarmas for $10 I got that for my family and I. I also tried the hummus which was very good. Not the best I've had but a solid 7 on the 0-10 scale. This place is amazing!! I went there for the first time about a week ago. I bought pork chops, flank steak, bacon and chicken breasts, which I cooked all of this week! The quality of the meat is superior. Everything about it was awesome! I still have ground beef and ground turkey to try, and I have no doubt they'll be great. They gave us samples of the chicken schwarma, with rice, hommous, garlic and pickles! Best Ive ever had! I'm hooked! Not to mention the place was super clean and the staff was very friendly. If i can give this place 11 stars i would! First of all, just wow. I found this place on yelp (wanting to try a new middle eastern restaurant since my usually one has given me the wrong order 3-4 times within the last month). I called Boff's and kept getting a busy signal but i kept trying. So incredibly glad i did! The gentleman who took my order was super nice and accommodating. I am calorie counting and ordered the grilled chicken (which comes with fries) and asked if he can sub the fries out for grilled veggies and without hesitation he said not a problem. When this happens sometimes they stick a few pieces of broccoli or whatever that's on hand. This was not the case, i received grilled baby carrots, onions, green and yellow peppers, and tomatoes (and a good amount!). So i also ordered a combo for 2 which comes with fattoush and hummus! Okay... not only was it a ton of food but it was incredible. I mean the meat is great quality! The meat Kafta (kabob for us Iraqis) literally melts in your mouth. The chicken cream chop is seasoned to perfection! And the fattoush... omg heaven!! I took the fattoush and add the grilled chicken on top and oh my... don't believe me? Try it yourself. I have to check and see if they sell the dressing because i need a bottle in my fridge at all times. And let's be honest, it was hard to stop eating when all i wanted to do was try and devour everything . I had ordered a side of pickles unfortunately it didn't arrive with my order. Apparently he wasn't going to charge me for it but forgot to place it in the bag... but honestly that was sooo super sweet of him and I'm not mad. I told them it just means i have to come back and order soon and get my pickles. I will say I'm a snob when it comes to hummus and chicken lemon rice. The hummus was on point. I would probably skip the chicken lemon rice next time, although it's good... i prefer it to be more lemony and less chicken broth-y. Will be back! Maybe after we finish this tray :) read more
