I went to Queen of Nails as a walk in on a Friday around 11a and was so satisfied with the customer service and services received. Tracy and Katie took good care of my pedicure and Tap Hybrid Gel nails with cat eye polish. It was very relaxing, I was seated immediately and everything turned out exactly how I wanted. Visit at your own risk. They don't have great nail techs. When they get good techs they don't stick around. Long was excellent! I always have issues with my nails here, and I don't have the time to go back and have them fixed after every visit. The other things is I don't think there is any focus on keeping your nails healthy. It feels like a hustle. I think I'll either have them remove or seek out another salon. read more

I love queen of nails! It's close by to my gym at bodyplex hamilton mill and I love stopping by before I workout! The pretty marble floors and chandelier is so gorgeous! I got my nails done here for my wedding and they do not disappoint! I did some recent black nails for Halloween and a trip and omg! Super cute! You can walk in too! I used to go to this location allll the time and recommended them a ton. They were the sweetest and always did a great job. My nails are literally in their promo pics bc of how often I went, how much I loved them, etc. HOWEVER they changed owners and what a mess it's been. My nails feel bumpy and grainy, they are uneven and my toes are streaky. My daughters nail started bleeding from them filing it way too low and they didn't apologize or anything. The worst thing for me is on glitter or light colors, generally salons will make sure it's not opaque and you can't see the nail or will ask if you want another coat. This place just doesn't care. They didn't even put lotion on my hands after a $70 nail service! Guess I'm looking for another salon, yet again read more

So on the fence with this new spot... It is beautiful indeed! I wonder if they've taken their foot off the pedal regarding Covid, because there were no temperature checks, no sanitizing or no washing of the hands upon arrival. That was odd to me. I've been here three times now and this was the first time this has happened. With my three visits, I have had SNS (dip) done twice, and pedicures also done twice. Nails - my first experience was OK, however my nail started chipping from the topcoat about a week after getting them done. They were beautiful however I was just really surprised by the chipping as I've never had that happen before with dip. My second nail experience, was FANTASTIC!!! Like my nails have never been done better! The girl was amazing! Pedicures - both times I have gotten the "elegant pedicure'....This is (or is supposed to be) their upgraded pedicure! Both times, including my visit today, I was extremely disappointed!!! I felt like it was over before it even started. The shaping of the nails, the cleaning of the feet and the scrub was completely rushed through. It wasn't as if it was crowded even, although that shouldn't be an excuse ever! Obviously the massage is the highlight of any good pedicure... And again this was almost nonexistent. I believe my massage lasted about a minute and a half! Included in this pedicure, was a scrub, and that also lasted about a minute! The polish was also choppy as well. So I will probably return to get my nails done here... But never again will I spend money on a pedicure! I shared my experience with the gentleman as I was cashing out... And he literally had no cares! He just took my money and said see you next time. And I always tip, and did so on this occasion as well! But my tip for you is if you want a good relaxing pedicure experience... Go somewhere else!!! read more

well if I could get a refund on my mothers nails I would more than gladly go get it, you get that phobia to speak up at the salon. I kind of saw her nails there and on her left pinky that guy cut both sides with a file & it burns to even wet the area. Some nails are looking too down which is funny cause it's not the first time she gets them done & that's never happened. Also they were not filed correctly and they supposedly fixed it but that was bs. My younger siblings nails came out decent with a different gentleman. I chose to get my nails done here for the 1st due to how close it was to home and I was looking for a fill-in prior to heading out of town. The salon aesthetics looked fabulous. However, I could tell right away they were understaffed. The nail tech that took care of me appeared to be the manager. He didn't seem to know where any of the equipment he needed was located. When he finally gathered everything he needed, he stood the entire time and seemed to rush the whole process until another nail tech got free to take over. The polish did not even come out great, but I do love the color. I left feeling that the services were overpriced for sub-par service. This would be my first and last time visiting.
