I went to get a soak off and a pedicure. First and foremost they are not sanitary, even the scissors the lady used to cut open the packets were dirty and I should've gotten up and left right then so shame on me. I asked them to soak the acrylic off of my toes and I was told it would take a long time but they could file it really thin, in other words she didn't wanna do it so I didn't press the issue. She filed the gel polish off my toes, leaving some behind even though they charged for the removal and the way she cut my toenails looks like she ripped them off with her teeth. For the soak off, they pretended all the gelx was completely gone and obviously charged me for that as well. I'm now back home soaking off the remainder and trying to apply tips to my busted toe nails. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

I came here last week to get an SNS mani and a pedi. The staff was all very friendly, but the service just wasn't what I was hoping for. I had been here before and I really liked how my nails look. When I went last week, I wasn't as pleased. For my pedi, I got a great foot massage and was super happy about it. But when I felt my feet, they did no callous removal at all. With my manicure, I feel like my cuticles could use some work still, and I basically just got them done. Disappointed that I was looking forward to coming back here. They don't really know what they are doing, they have injured me several times and i dont know why i kept returning. Ripped skin from waxes, damaged nails from failure to remove acrylics properly, constantly cutting cuticles too deep which led to me bleeding, dropping tools on the ground and continuing to use them... the staff is nice though, i suppose. read more

I've been to this salon a few times and The ladies that I've been to have done a great job. But this past time I went I got a sns like usual and i was not happy with my nails. I wanted black with sparkles and this is what I got. It looks like a child put glitter on it and i left with black powder still on my hands. She said we usually charge $5 extra for this but I will not for you. She also repeated to many times that my nails are too short and they look very bad. ( I know that's why I'm getting them done) Every time I look at my nails I hate them more and more I'm very disappointed in the service that I got today. I have been going to peachy nails for a couple years & usually get a gel manicure. They're not my favorite but they do a decent job and have a really good color selection. The reason i decided to give them one star & even write a review is because of what happened last time i went there. Yesterday i got my nails done & after she finished she asked if i wanted my eyebrows done so i said sure. Long story short, she ripped the skin off of my eyebrows. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed here a couple times & this has never happened to me ever. I am extremely upset this happened. The pictures attached were take the day after after it started to scab over. I didn't notice until about 30 minutes after the wax but the skin was literally raw. read more

My first time at Peach Nails while the service seem fair, the quality of the nail polish was subpar. We had pedicure and I had opi nail coloring, however, the polish is dull then start to peel after the second day. Maybe the polish was old or the technique was off, would not recommend them and be cautious if do choose them. read more

Two times prior, I went to this salon and disliked the outcome to the point where I had to go back and have it fixed. The person who fixed my nails actually asked me if I had ever had dip powder done before. Which made me say I'm never going again... because how rude. They left SNS residue on my nails & underneath my nails not to mention it was super thick which I specifically said I didn't want... and then was berated about when I came back to have it fixed. HOWEVER the reason and the only reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is because of Philip! Phillip, who did my nails for me the most recent times (twice- once a regular manicure and second dip/SNS for my wedding) was AMAZING. My SNS has not once lifted at the edges and is sealed even though my nails have grown out. I'm going on 4.5 weeks and they don't get caught in my hair when I'm washing it or anything at all. The seal on this was beyond perfect and I feel like Phillip took his time to do it. Also he LISTENED to me. I told him I didn't want it thick and I wanted it to look "natural" (especially since it was my wedding nails and would be photographed) but still be strong and he gave me exactly that. Only thing was I wanted something special for my ring finger (showed a pic) but they didn't have the tools/items for it. But the quality of the work done on my nails was impeccable. I will be going to see him again next month (only because I'm out of town). I'll be coming to only see him for future nail services. read more

Don't know that I believe the comment stated by Ashley L. I have used this salon exclusively for 12 years. Considered trying a different salon when ownership changed, but didn't and remain a happy client. I've had nail fungus. Have worn artificial nsils since 1990. Your family member didn't get it here. Peachy uses autoclaves, cleans the ped tubs after each use. Look at their inspection certificate; it's posted. Good people, high quality. If you are not happy, they will make it right! Don't like old reviews or one bad apple sway you away. Give them a try. read more

Always for nails but for pedicures too.I am your usual man who just clips his own nails but then I had a medical problem that made even clipping hard and painful so my daughter took me to get my nails done for the first time. First time going to Peachy Nails. I made an appt. w/ one of the techs the day before. When I walked in I told them I was there for my 12:00 appt and they said ok. They directed me to a chair and the technician I set up an appt w/ was not the person for my manicure. (I had a guy for the appt. Not sure what happened to the gal I set the appt up with.). I proceeded w/ the appt. w/ the guy continuing to tell me how thin my nails were. I think I was told 3-4 times how thin my nails were. I finished w/ my mani/pedi and had to have the gentleman work on my nails 2 additional times. I finally gave in, paid my bill & left. The more I thought about it, the more I thought the owner should be aware. I called and spoke to Tina, and unfortunately that was a waste of time. I went down the street and had another manicure. The owner of the store could not design my nail the way I requested so I asked if she could stop doing my nails and she began to take the SNS nail off but if you've ever gotten SNS nail you know that there will be nail residue on your actual nail if it is not take off completely. My nails were not taken off completely and when mentioned to the OWNER she told me to come back tomorrow because she was going home. Luckily another employee came to the rescue after I sat there dumbfounded, and helped me out. I just can not believe the poor service I got from this place. Toe polish change approx completion time=30min. Came in and was told by two ladies to sit in any chair. Neither one of the ladies got up instead they yelled to the back for another older lady to come help me. Older lady tried her best, but at times had to get help. Worst experience ever. Waste of time. I was not important enough. No drying station ended up messing up my nails in the car, but by then too unsatisfied to go back in to once again be greeted by piss poor attituded! Sorry for just needing a polish change. Left there and now getting a much needed relaxing pedicure at Capri nails by Publix. Sometimes you just gotta cut your losses. This one cost me 10+2 $ tip. Holy cow, was it hot! A bunch of us were getting our nails done for a wedding and the air conditioner was broken. They had fans up but that doesn't really help in august. Other than that, the work was sub-par. One person dug into the bride's cuticles until they bled, and my French manicure came out looking sloppy, like i slapped crooked white paint on my tips myself. Disgusting. My mom got toenail fungus from this place and has done treatment but had it for about a year. It is absolutely disgusting and this place should really take better care of their products and tools. This was the only salon we went to regularly last summer and she noticed she had it starting last summer. This is seriously disgusting. I am surprised how this place is still in business. I did not even want to give them one star. My daughter and I tried this salon for the first time last weekend. My daughter got what was supposed to be a full set of acrylics (cheapest fulle set) with the polish being the Gel. I justed needed a pink and white fill in and a toes polish change. They did not even have to do both the pink and white because I was having a color put on my finger nails this time. I did have gel polish put on fingers and toes. They took forever. The woman painting my toes kept messing up and starting over. The woman conducting my fill in hasd cut my finger causing a fair amount of blood. I have NEVER had this happen and I get my nails done frequently. She had cut under the cuticle with the high speed rotating filer. She kept apologizing, but apparently did not reduce the cost at all. My daughter also had her finger cut, just not as deep. I still have the scab. Not pretty! Plus, the gel was put on uneven. Some nails are much thicker than others. For acrylics, a polish change and a pink fill in...we were charged $110. When you add in a $20 tip that I should not even have given based upon the injury and poor quality job, that was one expensive trip. I certainly learned my lesson and will NEVER go back to Peachy Nails in Suwanee, GA. read more

The place is clean but expensive for no reason. There's no pricing sign for anything and if you ask the prices are double so make sure you ask the prices before they start. I got the set of pink and white and they charge me $45 which is $15 more expensive than where I used to go. The terrible part is I saw small bubbles on my nail after I walked out there. my nails turned yellow after 2 weeks which never happened for me before. I have been going here since my junior year in high school and yesterday I graduated college. This place is WELL worth the money. I use to go to Bella Vita in Suwanee which is nice of course, but you're definitely paying for the fufu flamboyancy of Bella Vita. Peachy nails has always held up to my standards and the staff STILL REMEMBERS ME. Very affordable and good quality. Even when I go to school (in Alabama) and come back over breaks after a four or so month hiatus they still know my name and greet me so cheerily. They're so nice and I've never had an issue with quality. In fact the ONE time my acrylic broke a few days after getting them filled, they fixed the nail and repainted the rest for $5. Every time I go there it's hoppin with high schoolers up to older women. I've even seen men a few times. Would recommend if you're looking for affordable but still quality nail needs. I will mention I do get waxing here as well and usually when I go they have one girl do the waxing and she's super consistent. I've never had any problems and trust me your girl goes in there with some rough looking brows and they always come out great. read more
