I love the concessions they offer as well as the restaurant quality food they bring to your seats for an unbeatable price! The seats are also some of the most comfortable theater seats you can get, I love when I end up in the auditorium with the heated seats!!! Lastly, the staff, I have nothing but great things to say about them. They keep things running smoothly, keep things super clean and are very friendly and accommodating! They were busy so I helped myself to 2 paper popcorn cups and went back to the theater. After the movie started two ladies who worked at the theater came into theater 4 and after looking around a bit stopped by my seat. One of them asked me if I helped myself to two cups from the concession stand and I said yes. she said that those came from their inventory and cost money. She said next time ask and I will be given 2 smaller cups. I realize I should have asked but for her to seek me out during the movie to reprimand me in front of my grandkids for talking 2 paper cups after I spent almost $100 in the theater rubs me the wrong way.

I had a gift card for $20 and the price of the popcorn and pop was more than the gift card, so it wouldn't recognize the card. I tried to purchase the tickets using the gift card as well and the price of the tickets was over that of the gift card. I'm not sure what is wrong with the systems, but a gift card should go towards the purchase and not be invalid because it can't cover it. I did check the card and it indeed does have $20 on it so it is valid. Disappointed that this can't be used like other gift cards. The staff for popcorn was friendly. Walking into a lite theater seemed harmless, but while searching for seats it was quite interesting. Those seats in theater 5 (and maybe others) were so worn and down to threads that was once the pleather recliners. It was absolutely a shame to see these seats in such rough conditions. It really gives the overall feel of the theater itself a bad look. If you have lived in Jackson all of your life, you will also recognize that the bathrooms haven't had any sort of facelift or fresh look in over 20 + years. Its a real shame that the last location for movies in this town is so run down. I forecast streaming will take over this location.

Ever since then I've been coming back more and more to this location due to the nice employees, atmosphere, and of course good popcorn and drink selection! I even liked coming here so much I even ended up buying Regal Unlimited for 6 months because I always enjoy myself here! Definitely coming here for the foreseeable future!!

Great time to take the kids to a movie is when it's free!
