Call the Applebees because that's the option the site gives you, but they can only tell me that the food is prepared and is waiting, they cannot inform me if DoorDash is on their way to get the food or if there was even a driver assigned to the order.... So we wait another hour... still no food... finally after I call Applebees and DoorDash both only then is anyone able to even get someone to accept the order and then I don't get fresh food they just hand over the food they made for my order yet it still takes the guy twenty minutes to pick it up and doesn't even make it to our house until almost 9 at night..... okay if I could heat my steak up and it not cook it completely through before I get to enjoy a single bite because it's cold as ice and only medium rare not completely rare, then my sons chicken strips were rubbery after heating them back up he wanted nothing to do with it! So needless to say it's now two days later and I'm still getting the run around told call this number or that number yet nobody can help me!! Still haven't had anyone resolve the issue or even apologize for it. Even though I don't complain or post things usually, but I am not going to just hand over $60+ on an order of food I didn't even get to eat!! Then nobody even care to make any part of it right for us! A single mom with three kids I don't have that kind of money to toss in the trash!
