The course is clean, much more clean than golf courses like Willow's run. They actually have trash cans so you can throw trash in instead of throwing it on the ground. They don't have any marshals out here controlling so there are a couple old guys in front of us and they're slowing absolutely everybody down because they're golfing and who cares about everyone else. But for the price Cedarcrest or the Legion are much better golf courses in this area.

Professionalism, passion and interest in wanting to have a conversation with a potential client walking in the door matter.

During the first session they tried to upsell me on a $2500 package. After I rejected that, they treated me like a second class citizen from there on out. I was even planning on getting fitted clubs once my five sessions were finished, but because they treated me like trash, I decided not to. Basically, here's the one thing that that stands concerning such poor customer service. I tried to reschedule my second from last appointment and they wouldn't let me do it, and they forced me to do a double session on the following Tuesday or forfeit my remaining classes. They said there was no other option to reschedule my class. The classes themselves were fine , although the instructor lacked enthusiasm. He would even yawn several times throughout the lesson. 2 stars

Thank you to Austin for helping us out so much, getting us settled in and not minding the kids running around. The simulators were kind of glitchy at first but I think it was mostly kid operator error - too many kids throwing diff balls at once, etc. Austin was patient with us and got everything working.
