Professionalism, passion and interest in wanting to have a conversation with a potential client walking in the door matter.

During the first session they tried to upsell me on a $2500 package. After I rejected that, they treated me like a second class citizen from there on out. I was even planning on getting fitted clubs once my five sessions were finished, but because they treated me like trash, I decided not to. Basically, here's the one thing that that stands concerning such poor customer service. I tried to reschedule my second from last appointment and they wouldn't let me do it, and they forced me to do a double session on the following Tuesday or forfeit my remaining classes. They said there was no other option to reschedule my class. The classes themselves were fine , although the instructor lacked enthusiasm.
