A deer collided with my Honda and it damaged the driver side door. The skin on the door needed replacement and the work was done beautifully, matching the paint on the car perfectly. The cost for the repair was reasonable. They are really busy so it took awhile to get an appointment but once my car was in, it was repaired and painted in just a couple of days. However, these guys at Griffith's Bump and Pain are so kind and were so patient with me. I got into a mini accident on Saturday which left me unable to open my passenger-side door. I brought my car in on the following Thursday, and they had it fixed the same day for a VERY reasonable price. They even touched up the paint for me just because they happened to have the right color paint. It looks just as good as it did before the accident (honestly slightly better). I am very thankful for their kindness and quick and quality work.

I was already working with Scott at Michigan Sandblasting and planned to have my Jeep's underbody sandblasted there. Rashid told me they could apply POR-15 afterward, so based on that I paid to have the Jeep towed down there. After it arrived, everything changed. Rashid started questioning the project and for over a week I was given the runaround. Multiple times Rashid told me he would "talk to Scott figure out a solution and call me back," but the call back never happened. Every time I followed up I got the same vague response and nothing actually moved forward. Rashid knew all of the details prior to me towing it down there. If this wasn't a job they wanted to take on, that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of telling me to bring the vehicle down and spend money towing it there. It's extremely frustrating to be told something can be done, only to have the shop avoid giving a straight answer after the vehicle is already there. Very disappointing and unprofessional way to handle a customer. I wasted time and money because they couldn't simply be upfront about whether they were willing to do the work.

Thank you for taking my concern seriously, treating me with respect, and fixing my car on-the-spot with a smile! My new Toyota RAV4 has a poor design for the bottom door trim. If a person doesn't enter the vehicle just right, the plastic trim flops open and the plastic tabs break off. So, over the past year, I have asked multiple Toyota dealers, other car professionals, auto detailing companies, etc. for a solution to keep that trim from coming off of the door. It was getting exhausting from the continued "brush off". This wasn't a big deal for these people, but it certainly was for me. I had resorted to duct tape and Velcro before finding Cox Enterprises. None of these other people would actually help me fix the problem! Toyota couldn't even locate the part number for the trim piece even though it had been replaced once before. Thanks Again!
