    I took my Cadillac to get a diagnostic and was given an estimate of things that needed to get fix, they had things on their that needed to get repair like my wipers and brakes and that was done before bringing my Vehicle. They fixed the 2 major things and a week later my engine light came back on and this was mike response. Didn't bother calling me or explaining anything ! All by email unprofessional!!!!

    Screws on water pump motor

    Took my Chevy cruise to Heiser service with a bad knocking . Macho took a look inside and found that 3 screws were loose on a water pump motor that I just had replaced in February at a competitor. Thank goodness he saw the problem and fixed it before the whole thing FELL off !! Thank you Macho for taking care of this so quickly.

    Be wiser buy somewhere else. Worst buying experience ever. Long story short, needed a car and quick. Found a new 2023 Traverse at the West Bend location, near home, great. Bought from the West Allis location a long time ago and had a good experience. I didn't need a test drive, unfroze my credit, negotiated a deal said I'd be there at 5 to sign on the line, this was late morning. I get there, nothings done. Salesperson had no idea since the internet person I was dealing with didn't forward the info. Kept giving me a different number than what we had agreed on in emails so I had to show him that. He had to go talk to the manager a few times. Anyhow, I hand over a down payment of 12,500 in the form of a check. Only to find out car can't be delivered tonight and paperwork couldn't be processed. Next morning I find out there's better finance deals in lieu of rebate so i emailed again. She kept screwing up the numbers, sending me generic information that didn't apply to me etc. After probably a dozen emails just trying to get the number I was financing I was so frustrated I said screw it I'm going elsewhere and that I would be in to collect my check. She then announces check had been cashed and it would take days to clear and get a refund. I go to my bank online, check had indeed been cashed so I couldn't even stop payment. So I had no car, they had me and my 12,500 hostage for a car I hadn't even signed on the line for. I had no choice but to buy it. I'm now in a car I should be enjoying but all I think about how poorly this whole ordeal went and I was stuck purchasing something I no longer wanted. Heiser West Bend should be avoided at all costs!!! At least its a nice looking car

All have been with the same salesperson, Big Mike. I couldn't be happier. Before the first car we tried multiple dealerships. It was the mixed bag of awfulness that makes people like me dreading buying cars. Got a recommendation to go to Wilde and ask for Big Mike. Saved us. A year later, we needed a new car. Since Wilde is almost an hour from our house, the market had changed a lot in the intervening year, and weren't buying a used car, we tried looking at other places. Ended up calling Big Mike. He calmly addressed our needs and we drove away happy. Bought our third used car from them just a couple months ago. Obviously, there are a lot of negative reviews for Wilde. What do I make of them? Well, if I'm honest, I do t know if I'd go to Wilde if I had to play roulette and take whatever salesperson walks up to me first. I've never seen anything bad, but the place doesn't have a vibe of excellence that would put me at ease. I've worked with three difference finance agents. Wild variety of experiences--even the guy we used twice was different each time. Again, nothing unethical or problematic like I've experienced elsewhere, but rather I'm willing to put up with "ok" because I know I'm getting fair treatment on the front end of the shopping experience. Two years after buying used and a year after buying new, I'm still happy with the cars. (It's the used car market--and there's no guarantee with the used car, so I've taken a risk and got lucky.) could have turned out bad, thankfully it didn't. New cars come with some free routine maintenance. Service has been fine. Again, nothing "wow" but also no red flags or anything to complain about. People are friendly and seem knowledgeable. Even so, once my free service is over, I probably won't drive an hour to get my car serviced.

But regretfully the once good service department has gone down hill to the point where they are overcharging for work performed. There service department is no longer to be trusted. On two occasions I confronted there service tech and had I not been knowledgeable.... the manager would not have apologized and took hundreds off the bill. I have hoping to buy a 4th vehicle from them but I have lost all respect for this dealership!

Bill McCulley got everything approved right away at a payment I wanted! Ivan Greiner was very helpful and knowledgeable! My only issue and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I don't believe my car was actually cleaned. There was dirt and mud still on my tires as they were the day before. There was mud and dirt on the pedals. There were scuff marks on the drivers door and kick panel. There was residue from the window stickers still on the window. Just kinda disappointing. Separately we leased a Pilot 6 months later and my sale associate did a great job, it was finance that took the longest. Fast forward to 3 years later and my husband's lease ending. His sale associate reached out about getting him in a new vehicle etc. Husband said that he needed a larger vehicle that Honda doesn't offer. Radio silence from sales associate. Not even "understand, thanks for your business". We followed Honda Financials guidelines for turning in the vehicle--inspection, return car to a Honda dealership with return receipt that both parties sign and have mileage on, the dealership is to submit that, and we call Honda Financial to let them know the car has been returned. Now we're being charged $1300+ (2 more months of car payments for a car we returned 2 months ago) because dealership says they don't have the car. The receipt proves that wrong and Honda Financial is resolving on their end. We send a letter saying it's disappointing and infuriating that this happened and it's not a complicated process. It's never happened with any other car we leased Honda or not. We hear nothing from the dealership. So for pretty basic sales attention and a huge hassle returning a leased vehicle, we'll find somewhere new when my lease is done.

He called me a Fn Cun^ in front of my 6 year old son, immediately pissed when I'm just trying to get an innocent betta fish with my little boy. When I told The Fish Factory staff worker what happened he said that owner yelled at a little elderly couple today as well. Like dude buy signs because there are none there if you own a parking lot closer to a business than your own. ‍. He called a me c word in front of my son when all I said was I'm sorry I didn't know. And then hearing he yelled at an elderly couple too?? While his lot is empty. And apparently he doesn't act like this when the owner of The Fish Factory isn't around?? Only when the staff has to deal with it.

Gave me a reasonable price with a lifetime warranty on it all. I plan on goin back for tires and for a few other car troubles. i can't speak for the salesmanship with cars but I will say that if you buy a car from a used car dealership you should be smart enough to check it out yourself before buyin. Overall I had a great experience with these guys and plan on sending lots of business there way.
