Great addition to the main street in Danville! I've been to Boil Line twice, both times have been good experiences. They have a small drink menu, but the coffee is excellent. I got a plain latte the first time, and my husband had a mocha. We both really enjoyed our drinks down to the last drop. The prices are reasonable, and all the ingredients are organic. The atmosphere is totally sweet. I love the exposed brick, wood countertops, and mix of tables with high tops in front, small group tables in back. I'd like to see an expanded menu with mix-ins and seasonal drinks to keep us coming back to try new things. Welcome to the neighborhood, Boil Line! If you haven't been, you should check it out. You'll be impressed with the quality.

Excellent ambiance, coffee, & bagels not too far off Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania. Perfect. Delicious. What every traveler needs. Danville, PA's gift to the coffee lover.

I am a huge fan of this spot, very cool and unique coffee shop in an unlikely place. Staff are always so friendly & everything including snacks are delicious!! Local art & photography!! I travel this area frequently and always make a point to stop in when I do. I search for a similar experience in other places, yet Boil Line is the only shop I recommend to others!

Great Coffee! We went to The Boil Line for a hot drink on a cold, damp day. I ordered a mocha and my boyfriend ordered a plain coffee. Both were excellent and had great flavor. The atmosphere is great and very clean.

To find excellent coffee, is very hard or far away in the area. This locally owned coffee provide freshly roasted coffee bean and deliver an exceptional coffee or Latte into customers hand. You can get "Drip coffee", "Pour over", etc. In-house roasting probably distinguished them the most.

Great place, great ambiance! I really like their coffee. I would give them a fifth star if they were opened during the evening and Sunday

In addition to coffee and tea, they offer breakfast sandwiches and pastries, along with locally made goods such as flavored balsamic vinegar, customized Keurig pods, candles, and chocolates. The main area has standard tables, while comfortable couches and chairs are tucked away behind a vault door. They offer a regular menu as well as a monthly rotating board. *Egg, Cheese, and Sausage Sandwich: was served on an everything bagel. While nothing stood out as exceptional, the components were serviceable. The egg was slightly dry, and the sausage was salty and greasy. The bagel was fluffy, but the overall texture was quite soft throughout. A sauce would have added depth, spice, or acidity and improved the sandwich. *Sweater Weather Chai: was a seasonal blend of chai and hot cocoa. Although it leaned sweet due to the cocoa, the spiced chai still came through clearly. It was a comforting and rich drink with deep chocolate flavor. *Nutcracker Chai: another seasonal offering. The chai was once again fragrant and warming with subtle praline notes. However, it could have been served a bit hotter as it arrived slightly tepid. Bason Coffee Roasting offers great ambiance and consistently good chai. I would likely pick up a sandwich elsewhere nearby and stop here primarily for drinks.

There was only one person working during my visits, so the wait for my drinks stretched to nearly 30 minutes. The menu wasn't the largest, offering a small selection of dependable staples with a few seasonal additions. *Strawberry Matcha: deeply earthy with a splash of milk. Most of the sweetness comes from the macerated strawberries at the bottom. A very well executed matcha option. *Pumpkin Chai: the pumpkin added gentle sweet and savory notes that paired nicely with the spiced chai. The spices and sweetness were subtle and, thankfully, not overshadowed by the milk. That said, there was some mild separation after my slow sipping. Overall, this was a stellar spot to chat over well crafted drinks. The abundance of outlets was both helpful and convenient. However, they truly need more than one person behind the counter to improve the overall pace of service.

We also got a chocolate chip scone, which is similarly just as good I've ever seen like fruits more and for that reason, I like the blueberry more we also got the cappuccino and the chai latte with maple syrup. The chai latte with maple syrup had a good amount of flavors to it and spices which I personally really liked and the maple really added a nice sweetness to it. I also got it with almond milk, which is nice the cappuccino had a nice strong espresso flavor, which I personally enjoyed and I felt like it was very well balanced with the milk in there and I would definitely go there again I loved the ambience of the place. I felt like I could study there four hours and the drinks were very very good.

I've spent a ton of time in serious coffee shops from Shanghai to New York with Q graders and baristas with bonafides. Alabaster can stand up to the best of them. The coffees we tried were fantastic. The Rwandan was delicious and the roast complimented the natural expression of the beans. My dad got the Ugandan which was awesome as well. I grabbed a bag of the Salvadoran beans to take home, and it brews up an amazingly clean and interesting cup (I used a V60). One of the better cafes I've visited in the U.S. with a roaster that knows what they're doing. On top of all that, the tahini date banana bread we tried was seriously good and wasn't a premade, mass produced baked good like so many cafes have resorted to in recent years. On top of that, the cafe was beautiful with reclaimed wood tables. We were traveling with our dog and they allowed her in because she was well-behaved. Nice people, awesome cafe, world-class coffee, and seriously good pastries. Keep up the incredible work! I will be back to Williamsport for more.

There were plenty of outlets along the walls, which made it relatively easy to study. There was a lot of foot traffic, but the overall ambiance did not get too rowdy, providing pleasant white noise. There were a few seasonal specials, but otherwise the selection was not very large. The tea selection was rather small, especially considering it is part of their name. Drinks came out extremely quickly. There was a dish tub near the entrance to drop items off after finishing. I tried their seasonal egg nog cappuccino, and it came out lightly warm. The egg foam was not overwhelming and the spiced notes were well incorporated into the drink. It was not too sweet and gave me a pleasant buzz. I hope to see more diverse tea options in the future, but the overall feel and quality of this cafe were great.

I've gone there on and off for a few years hoping the vibe might change to be more welcoming, but It hasn't. The last time I was there, I brought my wife for a relaxing breakfast together. There was one table left. I put my phone on the table and got in line to order our food, so when the food comes up we aren't standing there holding our food trying to eat standing up. The two girls in line in front of us waiting to order did the same exact thing, as their 2 purses were on a table and were in front of me in line, as did another man that I know was in line with his hat on a table. However, they decided to humiliate and embarrass us, telling us to take our things off the table and order first before taking a table. Even though we've done it many times before and most people do. We unfortunately were their petty examples of the day. We got out of line and left and spent our money at another breakfast spot that is equally as good or better, without the stress, humiliation and woke attitudes. We will never be back to The Sawhorse Cafe in Williamsport Pa, and I will be sure to tell my circle of friends about my unpleasant experience so they can too decide if they want to eat there. Maybe with less people coming in, we can help your seating dilemma.
