I was in first thing this morning and was on my way an hour later. Getting in to this appointment was quick. I only had to wait one and a half days from the time my dentist called them for my appointment. Everything went smoothly from the pre-appointment confirmation call, the email forms to fill out online, to check in. They quoted my cost up front which I paid in office and they will bill my insurance for the rest. The procedure was done by Dr Burbank. Both him and Sierra were wonderful. Professional, clear, and focused on doing their jobs while keeping my comfort in mind. I went in with some anxiety which wasn't lessened after I heard about how difficult my particular root canal could be. Fortunately they were both able to make me extremely relaxed and completely fix my triple root infection while I lay there listening to my choice of music and it was completely pain free. Even the shots to numb me were not painful. They sent me home with written instructions and explained it as well as answered all my after care questions. I couldn't have felt more at ease and relieved. Thank you!!! If I ever need to get work like this done again or know anyone who needs it, this office will be highly recommended.

After I met with the endodontist I found out my tooth was too damaged and I was going to have to have it pulled vs having a root canal. He could have been dishonest and given me a root canal, but thank heavens that's not who he is. Such a kind man and knows his stuff. The appointment had to get rebooked and by the time we were able to get back - my wife was told that now the tooth needs to be extracted. All that money, hassle with insurance and trips for what - only to have the tooth to be extracted back through our primary dentist. I understand that are root canal experts but I strongly suggest getting multiple referrals and check Yelp and Google reviews before having a root canal. We learned our lesson.

I visited this office earlier this year to have a gum issue checked out. It was swollen and they…read morewere able to squeeze me in quickly. When I got there they did all the X-rays, poked the gum, and then the resulting dentist came in and looked at my mouth for less than 10 seconds. He declared that we should remove the tooth, and then declared I had 3 cavities as well. They did not tell me to do a salt wash and see if the gum irritation cleared up, nor did they say to take any medication. In my shock, I scheduled a follow up to remove the tooth and fill in my new cavities. Then I got home and did some research. I did a salt wash for two days and the swollen gum went down to normal. Then I booked a secondary opinion appt at another dentist. Once again did the whole X-ray and other checks. Not a single cavity, nor did they think the tooth should be removed. Horizon is unprofessional and took advantage of an urgent situation. I cancelled all appts and moved onto another dentist. I highly recommend you consider before moving forward on anything with them.
