Seeing that their website shows they OPEN at 3 AM, I had asked on the 22nd if the airport shuttle could pick up in West Nampa at 3 AM on Tuesday, December 30, and how much (I didn't say at that time it's because my flight is close to 5 AM). I didn't hear back at all Today is December 24, Christmas Eve I just texted again after leaving a short voicemail and said I was surprised I haven't heard back from you yet. Praying for safety and good! they replied right away today, saying "have a wonderful Christmas Eve as we are spending time with our families! Today, we are only doing pre-scheduled not a last-minute calls. Thank you for understanding. Merry Christmas " So I replied that I texted two days ago for info/ quote for a very early flight on the 30th and no answer, but okay. Then they replied, "we have reservations pre-booked up to 90 days. Appreciate your understanding as holiday as busiest time of year. Merry Christmas" So I am interpreting that to mean they think trying to contact them a full week in advance was last-minute notice, and rather than just respond accordingly at the time, or in the last 2 days, they blew me off and basically said we're too busy and don't care to even reply (unless maybe they feel bugged into replying?) Good for those people who know they're flying 90 days in advance and know the specifics enough to call that far in advance lol I gave an extra star in recognition that I could be misinterpreting their responses. That can certainly happen, especially via text messages. Regardless I wish them the best!!! The Boise area has NEEDED a specifically airport shuttle, so I am rooting for them!

It is small enough to not be chaotic and big enough to make traveling to places across the country and globe fairly convenient. Yes, you often have to stop in Seattle, Portland, Denver, SLC when flying to larger cities, especially on the east coast and of course international but I would prefer that than having to navigate an unfriendly (in terms of convience), HUGE airport. The airport is located far enough away and yet close enough to grab a ride share. Then you don't have to worry about a car, parking, and how much it will cost to let your car sit for days. I am sure this is more difficult for people that live out farther than Boise or Median though. Food option and amenities are limited but the reality for me (and likely many) is I don't hangout in the airport long since it is either my starting destination or end destination. I am excited to see all the remodeling and upgrades happening though! I hope it will a remain with a small town feel but with big city connections. Thanks BOI.

The driver contacted me ahead of time by text to introduce herself, provide her contact info, and to ask about chilled champagne and sparkling apple cider. She showed up early. She got us to and from our event safely in rush hour traffic, with snow! She was so wonderful, I actually gave her a hug when she dropped us off. The limo was immaculate, inside and out. Having rented several limos from different companies, I was impressed with how pristine the limo was. The interior lighting worked perfectly, no busted buttons or marks on the seats.
