Our first time ever eating Bojangles at the only one in Louisianan! We have been wanting to for a while because we watch Rhett and Link and they talk about Bojangles all the time. Service was friendly, fast, and the food was hot and fresh. My son and I both ordered the 4 piece with fries. It came with a biscuit and of course a pop. A Pepsi, which is superior to a Coke but rare to find in restaurants in Louisiana. A plus. The chicken was freshly made and hot. Also, we took not that the tenders were much larger than the other chicken tender place with the bland sauce and soggy fries ... The chicken was seasoned, it looked like it was marinated as we could see under the breading something that looked like hot sauce. It was very good! At the other place, we have to order their largest meal plus two tenders to fill up. The four piece at Bojangles filled us up. The fries were hot, crispy, seasoned and did I say CRISPY???!!!!!!!!?!!?! I was craving Bojangles the following day but it is almost an hour away. Will come back. Poor quality Caesar salad with chicken, the chicken was dry and tasteless, the cucumbers were huge unpeeled chunks and 3 overripe cherry tomato's were hidden in the wilted lettuce. It was not the first time this has happened and I used to get much better salads when they first opened. Lately the drive thru lacks friendliness and professionalism. I've placed combo orders where there was NO communication with the second window server. My orders quit coming with requested sauce, utensils when necessary and no napkins. The chicken has become more spicy than usual and is more breading than meat. You're not going to last long with this attitude, service and quality. read more

The service was very nice and friendly and fast. Noticed the young man was nervous as it was his first day, gave him some words of encouragement and let him know he was doing great! Bathroom was clean but two tables could have used some cleaning on the tops and the seats. This was our first time here and the food was really good. I had the friend chicken sandwich, coleslaw, and a drink. My son had the same but with French fries. We also ordered the blueberry biscuits and two regular biscuits for later. Everything was good. The lobby are was clean and maybe someone had just left from the two tables. Also, if you are not use to a little spice then don't get the fried chicken sandwich. There is so much to say about this location. Let's start with this: THEY ONLY SELL CHICKEN TENDERS HERE. Yes, you heard me, only tenders. No actual chicken pieces. This is something that CERTAINLY something that needed to be advertised, or put into any of the news releases for this location!! We found out at the counter!! Now even worst than a the parking lot!! It's an actual disaster area!! There is the back of a semi in the pull through next to the drive thru, which is next to a row of cones. You're literally at the corner of it as you try to get to parking. The parking area itself (as is the entry into the drive through at the front of the store) is too narrow. The parking spots in front of the building are coned off, because you can't get into or out of them due to the current drive thru line. The actual parking lot is also small in general. Difficult to Park and back out when there are trucks and larger vehicles there. As it was full of the day we went. It is also FAR too narrow when trying to turn towards the exit!! Which is a sharp turn and has high cement curbs on each side. So, beware of possible tire/rim damage. This place is not just a let down but also a current hazard. Maybe it will get slightly better after the "New Place to Eat" crowd is gone, but that won't eliminate much of it. Service was nice, considering all they did was tell us they only had chicken tenders and that a location would be opening soon in Hammond with actual chicken pieces. I'll wait on that one to try Bojangles in our area. For now, I'll Just be buying it when we travel. Giving them 2 Stars only because we didn't eat here, so I don't want to dock them a Star. read more

If you're from NC or SC this is not the Bojangles you are used to. Different recipe to suit LA tastes. The only thing that's the same is the fries. The chicken did not have the traditional Bojangles seasoning/flavor. No supremes. The chicken biscuit like double fried and too crispy with no seasoning. As a North Carolinian I won't be going back, but if you're from LA you may like it. read more

Food is great, always consistently good and the service is fantastic with courteous folks but LAWD can you turn down the music!

Went for the first time for breakfast and It was pretty good. Got 2 chicken biscuits , 1 country ham biscuit, ice coffee , and tator rounds. The chicken biscuit was good . It was a nicely seasoned chicken breast ( not tender ) and mine was juicy . I ate the chicken separate from the biscuit. The biscuit is one of the better fast food biscuits. Nice crust , tender , and had that homemade taste . My husband ate his chicken and biscuit together and the biscuit stayed together another sign of a well made biscuit . His chicken was dry but nothing too bad. Iced coffee was just that . No complaints. I only drink black coffee and it blew chick fi la's out the park. The tator rounds were good but a little too greasy for me. What I did love about them was the nostalgic smell they had. Not sure if it was the seasoning or the oil , but they smelled like Tastee Burgers to me ( if you know you know ) .Childhood memories flooded back when my bag was given to me . All in all check them out for breakfast . I will be back to try out their dinner menu but that's going to have to wait unit next week's cheat meal . Went inside at 5PM & there were no customers and the music was too loud so I had trouble asking the girl at the counter questions. What are they doing trying to be a Hard Rock chicken place? And yes they are only serving "tenders". It was also rather dark inside for a fast food place. From what I could see the chicken looked over cooked. I can't see them lasting long for a business. They have more employees than customers. I walked out without trying anything & went across the road at the gas station & bought some "Creole Fried Chicken" where they also have honey biscuits. So if you only want tenders you are better off going to "Canes" in Hammond. The Cain's Supermarket in Albany has much better fried chicken "in bone"! I will never go back to BoJangles & I live in their neighborhood. read more

This Bojangles only sells "tenders" and they aren't even Bojangles' excellent supremes. No bone-in chicken, not even mashed potatoes! Like many North Carolina natives who are living in Louisiana, we were excited to learn that a Bojangles was finally opening in South Louisiana. our order was To Go and we went inside to order. service was good and fast. Got a chicken biscuit, sausage biscuit and a small order of tater rounds. my spouse had the sausage biscuit and said it was just ok. I had the chicken biscuit and it tasted terrible. the chicken was very salty and spicy with a weird orange coating next to the chicken that made it very unappetizing looking. the tater rounds tasted like grease. we also got the bo berry biscuits, one was darkly browned and the other light. we haven't tried them yet, debating on whether to throw them in the garbage. read more

Great food for chicken tenders but check your food Ive done been twice and both times ordered the 5pc with slaw and dirty rice and the fries only problem I can't tell you what the fries taste like cause I've never got them even though it cost me almost $20.00 both times the workers need to pay more attention cause that's how you lose customers like myself. read more

Horrible iced coffee. My bo berry biscuit was dry. The chicken was a no for me. When I questioned the girl at the window about my iced coffee because I didn't order black coffee and I knew it was suppose to be light in color she just kept shaking it like it would magically change color. The drive thru line moved fast but the guy on the mic kept talking to the people he was taking the money from at same time he was taking my order so it was confusing.
