We were on a band trip stopping for lunch, and we were told we would be able to eat at Chick-fil-A. So many of us placed mobile orders to get ahead of the line. However, we were soon told, after paying, that we would not be crossing the highway to eat at CFA. So we tried to cancel our orders and get a refund as one does. Unfortunately, no one was able to get a refund just because it was "a large volume of orders," really only about 20 orders. We never stepped foot in the store and the food was not beginning to be prepared, so there should be no reason we cannot get our money back. read more

Walked in and it was less than 10 people in the whole restaurant. So I Ordered my food on the app and receive a message saying it was delivered about 10 minutes later. But it never was. The pink headed manager never said sorry we will get it out to you. So I just asked for a refund. Even then no apology just here's your refund. Somebody next to me at the gym is wearing really strong perfume and it's giving me a headache. But not as much of a headache as all the people that keep telling me Chick-fil-A is better than any of my beloved family restaurants and has amazing products. If not just that I think their chicken is dry and tastes bland and ridiculous. It's not just that their prices are higher than they should be, similar to KFC but less tasty. What really seals the one star is not their politics which are just ridiculous considering which century we live in. No, it's 1 Star it's because of how overrated they are! It would probably be 2 star food despite the fact that it's a chain if it wasn't for the fact that people seem truly obsessed with it. I think people on the far-right are mixing up their politics and their religion and their chicken. Because based on chicken alone this place is significantly below average. This is a busy Chick-Fil-A..............very busy. We had lunch here on Saturday 10/29/2016 at approximately 1:45 PM, as we were in the Hammond area and Chick-Fil-A is one of my kid's favorite fast food restaurants. Parking was a nightmare, as they were doing construction next door and the restaurant was already packed. Upon walking in, an employee was mopping up a spilled drink. However, after he finished mopping up the drink, he failed to move the wet floor sign directly over the wet surface. As my 4 year old came out of the restroom, he slipped and fell on the wet floor. This caught the eye of another concerned customer (besides my wife & I) that saw my child fall and the "wet floor" sign was quickly moved to the area of the floor that was actually wet. Too little, too late. There were 4 cashiers helping people. However, 1 line had no people and the other ones were packed. The cashiers and/or manager should be monitoring the lines and calling the next person in line up to the front of the cashier with no one in line. A little attention to detail would go a long way here. I have no complaints with the food as Chick-Fil-A is always consistent with their quality and today was no exception. However, the lack of apparent concern over a slip & fall in their restaurant was a little irritating; and borderline infuriating. I hope this is an isolated incident, but 1st impressions are lasting impressions. read more

Their drive thru is considerably long, which is great when it's busy. This is what CFA is known for-fast service. It was raining so no one was outside. It starts as 2 lines which we can both order at the speaker box. Then you immediately file into one. I was able to save time and quickly use my app, which was great. You can see the items left out by workers-Iced water cooler, some swipe cards, pens and vest. The views along the way to the window were beautifully landscaped and effort obvious. Everyone was pleasant and the parking lot huge, something my local one I know would love to have extra of is parking. The biscuits were great which they make in house and everything accurate. Salads were fresh, full, and crisp and soup and chicken nuggets were excellent as well. Service was attentive, courteous, and had sense of urgency. The design of Drive-In Que was best ever with rear entrance at rear right with a double line of about 20 cars queued in each line. Line was full at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday and moved pretty quick. I try and avoid fast food whenever possible, but sometimes it's fast food or no food. I stopped here for a grilled chicken sandwich and a frozen lemonade. The sandwich was good as usual and I'm all kinds of in love with their frozen lemonade, so no complaints there. Like Mike C. mentioned they are busy. Very. Even with the two drive through lanes I waited about 10 minutes to get to the speaker and place my order. I considered going in, but one look at the chaos that was happening in the resturant made up my mind. I'm going to stay in my car, thank you very much. We drove through this location at 5:30pm on a Thursday night. Even though there were long lines the service was excellent and fast! Just walking in the door we were greeted by the friendliest sales staff- I forgot this was a fast food joint! A Giant cow was walking around entertaining the kids. They also had a medieval play/skit going on in the drive through. Megan was one of the ladies in staff tonight. When I went to dump our tray, she liked jogged over to help me dump it! This is a great place to stop by on your way to your destination, either to work, to home, or continuing your road trip to another state. I went into Chick Fil A today, granted it was super busy, but I probably had one of the best fast food experiences I've had in a long time!!! I wanted to try the grilled chicken nuggets (hadn't had them before). Got the #6. Those things are GOOD!!!! Had never seen a fast food place give table service like they were doing (especially by a MANAGER), but when I could ask the manager (his name is Joe) if the nuggets were a permanent item on the menu, he said they were, and asked if I'd tried the mac & cheese. I said I hadn't yet, and he offered me a nice size sample!!!! Another thing I've never seen from a fast food joint-----samples given out!!!! Don't know about anyone else, but I recommend it!!! Absolutely love this crew!!!! I use their catering service quite often to cater food for my job. Every single experience I've had with them has been absolutely wonderful. I am always out within five minutes of my scheduled pick up time and the crew members always assist me with placing the food items into my car. I love this place. Went up to the hungry but very indecisive. At the counter stood a man who was very courteous and accommodating. I told him my dilemma. He asked me what did I like, answer; everything, what kind of cheese, me; what kind do you have.
