I have been coming here over the years and it's a solid bojangles. This one is the most convenient location which is nice. The food is typically really good. Customer service is solid and I love the seasoned fries and biscuits. Pro tip: try and steak and egg biscuit with grape jelly. read more

It's 2:30 pm and yall serving food that's not even warm. Green beans extra salty, biscuits cold, asking if we want extra sauce and u didn't even include ANY sauce, ordered thigh and leg and got breast and leg. Is the manager not managing???? Wasted money and too far to go back. At a minimum put the orders in bags and include napkins. read more

Okay so not impressed when I pulled up because of the trash n the grounds. But my mom really wanted bojangles and this was the second one we came to because the last one did not have any chicken. Customer service was good. They had everything we requested except when we got ready to pay there was no dirty rice. Staff were talking and laughing with one another so loudly we could hear in our car. Food was good though. Mom was happy with her chicken and the Cajun pinto beans that came with her meal. 3 stars. Trash on the grounds doesn't exactly make one feel good about the food they're going to eat. read more

First and foremost, the artificial intelligence that these people are using is horrible. Not only did it take a job from a human, but it 100% of the time gets my drink order wrong. Between the artificial intelligence push and self check out I'm about to just stop going anywhere and spending my money. These companies obviously don't give a crap about their customers or their employees as these systems and such have done nothing but hurt the industry. read more

Whenever I'm in town, I always go to Bojangles' for a fixing because it's some of the best fried chicken I've had. I learned the hard way that I need to come to NC for it to be right. I love their fries, their chicken and their biscuits. The biscuit here was really crispy on the outside, soft, tender and moist on the inside. It was also flaky and falling apart in your mouth, literally the best biscuit -- this is on the level of a Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuit (if you know you know). I didn't like that they didn't have any chicken breast at 2:50pm. It's not lunch rush, but still and she said it'd take 20 minutes to make. I decided to pass on that. I ended up getting a 2 piece ( a wing and a thigh), and it came with two sides. I probably should've asked for double fries but decided to do 1 green beans and 1 fry. The green beans just weren't good, tasted and smelled weird. The chicken is good but I've had better at a different location. The fries were seasoned well. I'd come back if I'm in the area, and I do recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for Bo's. They have a drive through and free parking on premise, and their dining room is open too. read more

Was always told to check out Bojangles, and finally had a chance for breakfast one morning. I ordered a sausage egg biscuit meal and asked to make my own iced coffee. Service was a bit slow, and the cashier seemed a bit frustrated with me wanting to make iced coffee that's not on the menu. The wrapper of my sandwich said chicken, but I just figured maybe it was the wrappers they use. I opened it, and sure enough, I got one of their many pre-made chicken biscuit sandwiches. I took it back, and the same cashier gave me a hard time to keep it and if I can give it to someone because they had to throw it away. I insisted I didn't have anyone to give it to and forced it back to get my sausage egg biscuit. The entire meal was really overly greasy, even for fast food. The coffee was not my favorite either. Overall, I tried it, but would rather have breakfast elsewhere. read more

I come to this Bojangles to eat and Doordash for 2 years now.. Nothing has changed. Employees are still rude and nonchalant. They put no urgency in making anybody order. Just take there time giggles and laughs in the back. This will be my last time servicing this place. read more

Got the Supreme Family Meal. Once we arrived home we noticed we were short on tenders. I called the store to confirm how many were actually supposed to be there and let them know that we were shorted. The girl on the phone said her manager packed the meal and she counted. I let her know she should work on her counting. Wont be back. read more

It is extremely rare that I eat fast food. I stopped at Bojangles and got the Chicken Supremes Snack. The biscuit was old, hard and burnt!! I can't believe they even attempted to serve that! And the chicken supremes were very small and had a weird texture to it. It all went straight in the trash!! I hope this isn't their new standards. If so, they need lots of improvements especially with the price they charged me for that mess!! read more

Have avoided this location because of past issues. Reminded again why. Ordered 8 piece chicken box with 4 biscuits. Instead of 4 biscuits- replaced with 2 wings without asking me. Nowhere close to equal- but they don't care as long as the store benefits from it. Avoid this location! read more

I'll start by saying that I've lived Bojangles since moving to North Carolina to the point that I've left KFC behind. This evening, however, I may change my mind on that score. I ordered there 8 piece meal deal. The chicken pieces were as small as a Swanson's TV dinner. They had obviously say under a hot light for way too long. The coating had come off of a number of pieces. There was virtually no spicing - very bland. The Cajun beans were cold. The biscuits were doughy and obviously underdone. While they mashed potatoes were warm, the gravy was cold. This was the worst fried chicken meal I've ever had, and that's dating something. I could chalk it up to it being a Sunday evening, but that's no excuse. I'm not sure I'll ever patronize this particular Bojangles again. My advice? If you want good Bojangles, go to one in Asheville. Otherwise, try KFC. read more

We love to eat at Bojangles but we're very disappointed lately that Supremes are never available anymore. It seems we go to our local branches here in Cleveland County and they're always out of Supremes. It's not localized too just one store in our community. I would love to see Bojangles try to work this out for everyone. Rating would be higher if you had the food we like that you still advertise on your menu... One of the sorriest Bojangles I have ever ate at. One year ago I would have told you it was the best one around but now the employees do not give a damn. Wait in line in the Drive-Thru for 20 to 30 minutes, they are now watering down their tea that it is a Light Beige in color. You have to beg for napkins and a straw and don't bother calling corporate because the district manager will not return a phone call to you. It's not because of covid-19 people just don't care anymore. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

the food was awful and all messed up. so messed up that even when i ordered mashed potatoes and gravy i got mashed potatoes and green beens. they gave me five green beens and the bottom of the bag was so greasy the it broke. service was awful and the people there were rude messed up my whole chicken order not to mention they charge for sauces and forgot all of them there were no straws the bacon was burnt the biscuits were stale the chicken for my sandwich was dry and hard as a rock service was terrible do NOT recommend read more

I wish I could put zero stars on this horrible restaurant. The employees curse and roll their eyes in front of the customers because their lack of knowledge about the food available in the restaurant. I'm also glad I chose not to eat here due to their dirty unsanitary kitchen, drinks and tables. Visiting from out of state It makes sense that the employees would hide the mandatory sanitary rating for the restaurant. If you are new to the area like me and others please check out the Hilton plaza right across the street, it is MUCH much better in every way possible for the same price. read more

They are absolutely terrible. Their attitudes are as if their daddy left them when they were a child. Like leave your attitude at the damn door! They ALWAYS forget straws and napkins and utensils. Every single time. I literally avoid this bojangles and am willing to drive further away to avoid their terrible asses. Good food, shitty employees. It's a shame. read more

So, this is a first place to go if you like fast food and you're from a different part of the country. Bojangles is one of the only franchises that is big in the Carolinas. For me, as a native Charlottean I have never heard of not having Bojangles to go to. I'm not a big fan of fried chicken and buttermilk biscuits (however, they are delicious) but I love it when I have the craving for it. If you come to Charlotte, this should be one of the places to go to when you land because it's something you can't get anywhere else except the south. It's soul food from the south easy to get and the availability is wide. However, there are a lot of other places to go eat for soul food as there are other restaurants famous for fried chicken. But for the sake of fast food, this is one of the places I would go to. Great hangover food. read more

All I want to say is... My chicken was over-cooked, they forgot my ranch, I waited for about 30 minutes in the drive thru, and the drive thru staff was extremely cold and uninviting. I get it, some places have off days. That's no problem. But I refuse to patronize a place where I'm made to feel like I'm bothering you for merely being there. If you're going to do that, at least make sure you don't over-cook my meal. I could tell the long line behind me, was going to get the same. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I'm not entirely sure what the fuss about Bojangles is. At the end of the day, it's a fast food joint. I was informed that I needed to try Bojangles at least once with recommendations of they chicken biscuit, fries, and sweet tea. I ordered the chicken biscuit combo that included all of the above and ordered a picnic size dirty rice since I have never had dirty rice before. My combo was assembled within a matter of minutes and I found myself unraveling the chicken biscuit. Quite frankly, I was a bit sad. It was literally a piece of sadly breaded chicken on a sad biscuit. I think the highlight of the meal was the dirty rice. read more

I placed an order for what was supposed to be a special New Year's Eve dinner, only to find out that when we went to pick up the food at 7:45 pm, they had run out of food, and the manager, Kendall, could not have cared less. I had an order number and confirmation text, and to quote the manager, Kendall, 'Sorry for the inconvenience'. Really? That is the extent of your apology? It was much more than an 'inconvenience' to find out at 7:45 that we were not going to have any food for our guests. When I asked why we weren't notified earlier, Kendall blamed the online order system that he said didn't work properly. That didn't make sense because I ordered it from their website. When I said if they had notified us, we could have planned something else, he said they didn't have time to look at the online orders, even though I placed the order TWO HOURS PREVIOUSLY. So, if you plan on ordering from them, you now know they aren't checking the orders, and if they run out, you won't be notified. Kendall did offer to substitute pulled chicken, but I would have to pay for it. It seems like some offer of a discount would have made sense. But in keeping with the entire experience he didn't care enough to bother. I was informed that David Steiger is the Regional Director. He should be aware of the customer service provided by his manager. Don't make the mistake I made and EVER rely on City Barbecue for an important occasion.
