We were able to grab a seat in the dining area while we waited. We got a variety of sliders, tenders, and fries. All the ingredients were fresh ingredients and the fries were crunchy and seasoned well. I appreciate that they don't skimp on the sauce if you need more. Lots to look at. The cashier was soooo kind! I wish I got her name. She took our order and we seated ourselves. Tables were all clean and they had a good variety of 2 seaters, 4 seaters, etc. They had music playing inside while you eat, and workers going around occasionally cleaning up! They have a "pick up" window that opens the window to the outside, it's very unique and I would've liked to see how it worked but I wasn't paying much attention. They have catering boxes which could be fun if you have a large party to host! My cheese fries were really good! They weren't crispy or crunchy, but that isn't a requirement for me. The dill pickles, delish! Pair perfectly with hot chicken. I got the "hot" level of heat and it was perfect for me. I typically enjoy lots of spice and it was just enough to sting my lips and keep them burning. Their sauce was interesting, I can't even pinpoint the flavor. It wasn't my favorite though. So I came and redeemed my free order and they definitely got it right this time. It was DELICIOUS!! I tried Hot level and my nose is running and mouth burning so that's definitely a good sign lol. Worst customer service! I have been vegetarian for over 10 years. I went and ordered the cauliflower tenders as I usually do, but this time when I ordered they mistakenly gave me chicken. I didn't realize until I already got home and took my first bite. The cauliflower and the chicken look very similar. I was very upset and called the restaurant to make it right. I decided to drive back to the store and on the way I called and asked to speak with a manager. I told the manager about what happened and was very disappointed with her response.
