This place was really awful, went in to grab lunch, there was only 2 cars in parking lot and no one inside. So I figured it'd be fast and easy. NOPE. The staff was talking then finally realized I walked in and finally offered to help me. When I was asking for options everything was not made and she acted annoyed and told me how long it was all going to take, not sure why fast food isn't being prepared already!???? Especially when it's not even busy really odd. We decided on this place due to great national reviews of sausage biscuits and we wanted chicken pieces for a family gathering. To start with, there was no-one at the Drive-Thru window and it took several moments to be waited on. Many items of what we wanted seemed to be unavailable and the items we bought (chicken pieces, french fries, pinto beans, dirty rice) were both unplatable and the french fries were inedible due to an excess of salt. The biscuits were the exception, but the chicken pieces were unappetising, under-done and flavorless. One had to gnaw the meat from the chicken bones, which rather curbs the appetite and zest for dining. I can't say that all locations are terrible because this is the first (and last, incidentally) Bojangles location that we've ever visited. Can't say I enjoyed my experience here. I placed my order and they were already kinda rude. Then, when they forgot one of my biscuits and I came back to get it, they were even more rude about it. Not a single word was said to me during that second exchange. On top of that, they gave me the wrong size combo, but after having to go back once already, I didn't feel like dealing with their attitudes again so I just made my peace with the fact that their order accuracy and guest hospitality are in shambles. And that's not even taking into consideration the food safety hazards I saw in drive thru alone. They weren't even wearing hairnets (not even a hat!) and they were touching my food with their bare hands. God I at least hope they wash their hands regularly. I definitely won't be coming back here. I arrived at drive thru at 8:15 am. I ordered the 2 sausage Bo berry biscuits and paid. The employee says oh it's going to be 5 minutes can you pull around to the front. No problem I thought. I had to call inside after almost 20 minutes and I am told it's on its way now. Nope, they brought out the person beside me who ordered chicken after I had already parked. The staff was also very nice and efficient with the whole process. The food was delicious and the perfect start to game day. This location is either horribly understaffed or poorly managed. Went through the drive through with one car in front and one behind, and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and 5 peice combo. Lady working the window told me that it'd be a 10 minute wait for the grilled chicken and asks me to pull around to wait, which wasn't a problem. 5 peice ended up being 3&1/2 and burnt fries. After waiting for 15 minutes I went in and asked about my sandwich to which the worker turned around and said something to someone in the back. 2 workers walk out from the bathroom giggling after I had waited another 10. When asked again the worker asked someone else to put in on the grill and told me it'd be another 10. Walked out after that cause I'm not waiting 35 mins for subpar fast food tf. read more

I love Bojangles, I eat there very often. Avoid this location, they don't get your order right ever. I've ordered supremes there once a week for the past week and they always give you the home style chicken instead and only give you 3 in the 4 piece meals.
