The woman at the window was utterly delightful and friendly, confirmed my order, and took payment. A different, but equally delightful woman handed me the order - hot, freshly cooked and an ice-cold drink! The food was great, the service was efficient AND friendly, and I was back in the road in no time. Because of this, I'll probably stop in again the next time I come through town! She says she said OK. I'm ready for the remainder fee with your credit card so I gave her my credit card when I looked at my receipt. She had run the entire amount of the bill on my credit card. I then responded. This is the entire amount on my credit card. What happened to the gift card? It's invalid was the response I got I asked to please call the manager since she had tried to lie to me at the window. She then proceeded to ask me if if I had a problem and I said yes I do. I need to see the manager. The manager came over immediately and fix the problem, but that's an employee that lies at the window. That is exactly what the problem was the lying employee.
