When I watched the employees on the line, there was one guy I noticed with very hairy arms. Here's the problem...while he was making someone's burrito, I noticed that he did have on gloves, however, the gloves obviously stop at his wrist. Well, he took the tortilla and held it in his gloved hand but the tortilla was very large and as he held it, i noticed that alot of the tortilla was laying on his hairy arm. The gloves dont go high enough up his arm to prevent this from happening. I was immediately grossed out. I was praying that wasnt my order. It wasnt, but someone was getting a burrito that started off on his hairy arm. Obviously, this wasnt his fault, but something needs to be done about this asap. This is completely unsanitary. Either the gloves need to go further up the arm or the store needs to make sure these employees shave their arms atleast to their elbows. But something is got to be done. Thankfully, we ordered soft tacos so they fit in his gloved hand without touching his hairy arm. But someone got a burrito that laid on his hairy arm. We need to start watching our food being prepped which means, no drive-thru atleast for me.
